I called Roxy for a last minute question and it was one the most enjoyable experiences that I have had in a long time. She was informative, kind and helped me navigate working through my options. It is a family business that she and her husband do with their grandchildren hence “Grand Time.” She treated me like I was family and guided me in choosing my options.
