I have lived in several different places with Gilmer & Son, I have never had any problems with them. My husband Mike Farmer works for them, and I would highly recommend them. They are straight up and honest with you and if you have any problems there fixed right away. One of the best places to live.

Rental property is kept up nicely. Rent is very reasonable. Good people run their parks well.
