Couldnt even unlock my car, which was only a 2006 and gave up after a half hour. Then said the only way to get in was to charge me extra to make another key. Ridiculous, why would I pay more when he couldnt even get the first job done right.

This gentleman responded quickly to my call. I was able to get my door in to my house open before he arrived. I didnt use this locksmith. My review is based on the way in which my inquiry was responded to on the phone. While he may be good at his trade, l wasnt impressed with his handling of my issue. When you are in the service industry it pays to be polite, respectful and at least try to seem interested in what a potential customer is saying. Even if he would do it for nothing, I wouldnt use this guy. Theres plenty more to choose from that would appreciate my business.

We are so lucky to have this honest locksmith in Anderson! Even though he said he may not be able to get to me until the next day, he came fairly quickly soon after talking to him. He worked hard on my tricky lock/ignition on my Crown Vic...and was so nice. This is a knowledgeable and honest man, with very reasonable rates, a very rare combination. I highly recommend him.

I locked my keys in my van and he drove out of his way to come help me unlock my door to get my keys. Once he got to Clemson it took him a second to unlock my van so I could get my keys and load up my keys. Im truly thankful for him.
