These people are just great. Organized, friendly and professional..very helpful and they can simplify pretty much anything that we dont understand or have been trying to figure out. Oh and no high pressure sales pitches either..theyre just there to help..and they sure do. A lot of places ( especially service providers for phones) should take notes from these guys. Why are there only two people working when you are now selling cell phones? Simple, have a line just for equipment return!! AND if you go MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT when they gave me the address to return equipment. It took me 40 minutes of my time to get a new modem. Not happy. Spectrum, do better for paying customers

Very very unacceptable experience. Sat there for two and a half hours three people barely working. Talking and just hanging out like they was at home on the back porch chilling. They would wait on One customer and then take a break come back wait on one more person hang out for them for a little while and then go back to another break it started it it started at 12:30 we finally left the store a little after 3:30 3:45 there was 14 customers still there when we left. If you can do it online be your best bet dont ever go in that store worst experience ever happened was expecting ever..

The guys that came out were very courteous and knowledgeable.The guys found the issue, explained and showed what was wrong and what needed to be done. Job was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up the work area and made sure the dirt was packed. Will definitely use them again. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Switched to spectrum mobile last Saturday and had to order my wife’s phone. Woman Saturday morning, I think here name was Jennifer, was extremely knowledgeable and fast getting our initial request done however when we went back to change over my wife’s phone when it came in the mail the guy Chris didn’t not seem to know what he was doing at all. Service for spectrum mobile has been good so far but there customer service is really good or really bad and rarely have enough workers actually in the store.
The Wi-fi is great never had a problem out of the years I been having it. But every 12 months my bill goes up $20 more.
Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and ready to help.

Bad customer service overall.. gave us device and said self install should work. Obviously it didnt work which is understandable but technician appointment was set up 3 days in future in this age. And kept getting delayed. No tracking, no call until you call to check on status.

We are new to the area and have been waiting for almost 2 months to find out if Spectrum can provide cable and internet. I’ve been on the phone countless times for hours only to get different stories from each person I spoke to. Then I thought we were getting somewhere when the manager of construction got involved. Unfortunately my most recent conversation with yet another Spectrum associate ended with me being told a 200 foot hole has to be dug, despite the fact that we have a special green box by our house, and this can take 39 days. Where do they get the number 39 from? So bizarre. Meanwhile, the construction guy no longer returns our calls. Why are we dealing with this? Because Spectrum has a monopoly in our area and we cannot get service from anyone else. I can’t wait to hear about our “special offers” after our hole is dug.
My bill has went up from $50 to $75 in the past 5 years thats a %10 yearly increase just for internet. I called and wanted a ccx explanation they try and up sale to bundle I dont want your tv or phone service. Will be cancelling soon.

Three different times i called they said we could get it where we live everytime the worker would get here they would tell us we couldnt..this is crazy end of our street can get it road across from us can get it but they want bring it all the way down our road so we can get it...make no sense at all.

I think it is low of charter to increase prices during this difficult time, some are really struggling to survive and keeping internet for ourselves and children for school is hard, being at home all day cost more, we all need to help each other State Farm helped customers Wells Fargo helped their customers but the love of money is a driving force with some

Update: I made the switch and I love itYall, this place is pretty Awesome!! I would also like to add they now offer mobile service. I will be switching from my current s****y service paying $60 a month to Spectrum. They run on Verizon towers, which is even better. Im saying with internet/wifi and mobile ill be paying around the same or few dollars less. Id be crazy not to. Anywho yall look into it for yourselves

We walked in to pick up an additional cable box and the place was packed full. We signed in and had 19 people in front of us and they had only three people working so I knew we would be there for hours, wrong! 20 minutes later we were out the door with box in tow and did I mention none of them seemed the least bit flustered? Great job!

Its not what it advertises! I ordered the special new cellphone and Internet bundle and then moved to a place where Spectrum did not service. Well, I got stuck with a phone and had to pay the regular price of the phone service plus $20 per month because I canceled their Internet service. They kept charging me different prices; I never had to argue with someone as much as Spectrum. No one knows what they are charging you for and why! What a disaster! No contract. Right!?! BS! What a mess! Dont change over to Spectrum now, try them in a year.
We used to have spectrum. So this Sales rep came to our door, without a mask on, my grandmother is over 80 years old with her own health problems okay. We called and asked are they allowing their Reps to do this? Their response.. they dont have procedures for this kinda thing..Are you kidding me?! We are in the middle of an pandemic right now of course there are procedures! You go so someones house, you wear a mask! and you sanitize your hands when you cant wash them!This has been going on for months! You arent new to it Spectrum.

I went in the other day to use the kiosk to pay my bill and of course it does not give change back and thats kind of frustrating and theres always a line there so you always have to wait a good while to get service
Quick and easy.
I had internet service from Spectrum for a year at $49.99 which was great. Then I moved.... they raised my price to $64.99 without telling me. Then I had to call on 3 different occasions to get my service transferred to a new address in a city nearby. My 3rd call I was transferred to 5 different people and on the line for 1 hour and 20 minutes before finally getting my WiFi turned back on. I thought everything was good. Tonight I got an email stating my next bill is $120 because I did not turn in the equipment. I literally moved and took the equipment with me in order to continue my service. I now have to call back AGAIN and hope they take the charge away. I have been really patient with this company but it’s frustrating that they are trying to take my money and give terrible service.
Great job modernizing the dreadful experience of visiting the cable company. You sign in when you arrive and your name goes up on the monitor. They call out your name when it is your turn. Very efficient way to process their customers. The store is clean and inviting. It reminds me of going into my mobile phone store (remain nameless). I guess Spectrum offers that service now too, although I have not tried it. Big improvement over previous experience.
The first thing you do as you enter.You have to sign in. The sign needs to be much larger. I wouldnt of known what to do on my first trip, if this nice lady had not told me I had to sign in and have a seat.Then theyll call your name. After about 15 minutes of waiting, my name was called. Luke was very nice and helpful.Nice comfortable seating.The wait wouldnt of been as long if the specialist had not been standing around talking to each other.Over all it was an okay experience.
The associate was very helpful to me. She helped me trade in my equipment and get what I needed quickly and efficiently.

All month doesn’t matter rain or shine, like today the sun has been out all day. And yet I have no internet. Goes out everyday before 11am and I’m lucky if it comes back on around 8pm. Would love to speak to an actual person but apparently that opinion isn’t available. Don’t feel I should be charged the full amount of the bill when I not able to use it most of the day. Would never recommend 𝗦pectrum to a new customer.

I wanted to buy a new phone as a replacement for one that has a broken lens. Should be easy since I am a Spectrum Mobile customer and I had bought the original from Spectrum. They had one there but couldnt sell it to me. Why? They said that I had to order it but then couldnt find my account. Left without a new phone. Maybe Ill try again tomorrow.
I have never had to deal with the WORST customer service EVER the assistant manager Corey, had no idea what he was doing solved nothing of the problem that we were having in the first place, then you have Cory and Jennifer Jennifer is in training and needs to find a whole another field of work Corey needs to go back to training instead of training someone else, I have never been so disappointed in customer service they need to clean that store up ! The girl who helped us needs to be the manager oh in which they don’t have a store manager she helped us as much as her job title would let her.
Went to change my modem yesterday because I was told by customer service that it was probably bad and I needed a new one got a new one and found out afterwards that there was a internet outage in my area. Wow why didnt they know that. Before I got a new modem for nothing.
The wait was admittedly long, but it was mid-day Saturday. Other than that, the service was great. Accurate, fast, and friendly.
Our internet literally goes out EVERY SINGLE DAY. Tired of this. Always have to call and they never help...
Not enough employees to handle the customers
Im really lost with how they run their business. I DO NOT like going there to pay my bill. Why are there 4/5 registers but only two are being used? Youre suppose to sign in but the touch screen has not been working so well. Everytime that I go there is a good 10-15 minute wait. Line is always at the door. Staff is friendly. I currently use the kiosk so that I can get in and out.

Last year we got a phone for my granddaughter for christmas, we are on A FIXED INCOME and we asked them to set payments on the FIRST of every month and I come to find out theyre moving it to the 22nd of every month, we used to have their tv services but they kept making the prices higher. I dont understand why they cant just listen they arent gonna get much from us no matter how hard they try!

I had been having issues with my internet randomly disconnecting ALL the time. This went on for weeks before it occurred to me that it could be either my modem or router. Of course, I had no way to identify the culprit so I was going to try exchanging the modem first. Until that day, I had no idea you could get routers directly from Spectrum, but its a better deal than buying an expensive one youre stuck with. The associate who helped us also switched us from a Charter plan to a Spectrum plan that left us with the same monthly bill for faster internet speeds!
They obviously were at a change of shifts and it took a while to get waited on but only a moment to get accomplished what I needed

Very dissapointed in Charter as a company! Best internet speed, and internet service! The cable is to expensive, and unlimited home phone is cheap! But then there is the cell service! Here lies the MAJOR PROBLEM! You can not pay cash for your service! You must register my Debit Card! Then you cant choose you due date! Its formulated in there system! Every month they hit my card when no cash is there! It is on the 30th of each month, bill is due! My pay day is 4 day later, and they wont change it! So i have to pay a $35 dollar fee for each time they try to charge my card for payment! Charter says there is nothing they WILL do! I get paid once a month! Very unfair! And cell service is not too good on certian phones! In otherwords, buy a expensive phone, get great service! Very sad to run a company like this!

However, Shameka, at spectrum call center was extremely helpful, nice, and great at her job! I personally have worked in a call center and understand the stress that comes along with the job. 2 years of cell payments, paying off 3 phones, 10 years of cable payments was not good enough to finance new phones. They apparently dont want to keep existing customers with an excellent payment history.

Noone bothered to tell me that the 30 meg would not drive the Spectrum Stream TV. My TV service is bad and I tried to talk with them about it but they wanted to make me talk with another team. I felt like I should have been credited with the TV and allowed to upgrade the internet speed.
Service was awful, I waited almost 2hrs just to turn in a box. Im going back to AT&T. I no longer want to be bother with these people. Its to expensive anyway. Just to watch t.v.
