My only complaint with my service is, they drive way too fast down my street!! Other than that, their service is great!!

I rented a 40 yard dumpster, had it emptied several times @ $640 per, they never told me that it didnt extend the dumpster rental time of 1 week. They came and picked up the dumpster which was only 1/4 full, and refused to bring out another dumpster at less than the full price. ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY BOOK!

They offered a free clean up day in Anderson CA on Saturday 9/24/16 . When I arrive I find a line of trucks more the 1/2 mile long, blocking one lane of traffic. There is no traffic control and people are dangerously passing . After waiting in that ridiculous line for an hour and a half, I am instructed that I must leave due to the time of day and number of people in line. Now the large signs all over say free dump day 9am till noon. I look at my watch and its 11:20. I ask the man why cant I be helped I was in line well before noon. He can not give me a answer and tells me to move along. I call the closed office and leave a message. When my call is findly returned Im greeted by a very rude and unhelpful MrK Hill, who claims that he is the boss and there is no one above him to call. I repeatedly asked for a number of his supervisor and he refuses. This company is a joke and could not care less about your wasted time, or money. In fact I has occurred to me that to hold a free dump day and get hundreds of people to show up just to be turned away is a great business ploy . Now all of the people who were turned away have to pay to unload there already full trucks. And Im sure thats great for business on Monday. Sneaky, false advertising, low lifes.

I love this dump. Better than the Redding City Dump off clear creek. And they have dog treats!!

As a dump goes it well maintained and clean again were talking about a landfill it doesnt smell good when your there or look like an amusement park but they dont leave hazardous waste laying around. They have two areas to dump up top by the scale house or if open down below where they bury the trash. The prices are decent, they stopped taking concrete for free lately and started charging for it again. All there staff is great and over the years ive been using this landfill for my business Ive never had a bad experience with an employee.

Good crew. Prices keep going up because of gov fees
