As I was attempting to leave my campground this morning, I put my Class A RV in gear and didn’t move. My heart sank and I knew it was the transmission. I called Big Rig and the owner helped me trouble shoot over the phone. Then a mechanic came to the campground. We found that I had no transmission fluid. He left to get the parts I needed (fluid and clamps for the line) and when he returned, quickly made the repair needed. I was fortunate that replacing the fluid engaged the transmission and I was off again on my trip.These gentlemen were wonderful and patient with my concerns and questions. I am not mechanically inclined but am wanting to learn - and they were willing to help teach me. If you are ever in the area and in need of their services, Big Rig Repair is the first people you should call!

Had a wheel seal repair,something went wrong and the owner took it appon himself to make it right, he sent a tow truck to pick me up and went well beyond what a business owner would do. As a business owner myself I really appreciated his dedication. I highly recommend this company for mine and your tractor trailer repair

Had an Exhaust Gas Pressure sensor fail on my Kenworth causing an electrical short and derate. Shop in Ohio couldnt find the issue so they just cleared the code and said I was good to go. Truck threw codes and derated shortly after leaving. I limped it out to Indy and took it to this shop.. These guy found the issue in a short time and got a new sensor from a parts house (after the Kenworth dealer gave them the wrong sensor 🤦‍♂️), got my truck repaired fast and at a very fair price. I couldnt be any happier with this shop and will definitely go back if I have any more issues and need repairs in the Indy area. One of the best shops Ive dealt with anywhere, I cannot recommend them enough!

I rear ended a guy on I-70 that bent my bumper into my right steer. Big Rig initially said they’d have to tow me to the next exit then dispatch a service truck to cut or remove it. Turns out, Roger showed up on the highway and removed the bumper right there which saved me a significant amount, and did it for a very reasonable price, too! Thanks, Big Rig and Roger!

Truck went and get 5 miles to the gallon Im getting 6 point eight, switch my twin turbos to a single did a wonderful job! They came out on a service for our company before that airbag and some tires, when Petro drove by said they couldnt do it, waisted 2 hrs, these guy showed up,gotter done !!! Thnx for all yall do !!!

Lost axle bearing on my trailer on us31 close to Tipton Indiana, after extinguishing the fires,,,, called and they were on site in about 1 hour,, removed wheel, chained axle up, spindle needed shop work not able on roadside,, babied it 30 mile to their shop in Anderson Indiana,,,, they did a complete spindle grind, new seals, new bearings, new brakes, 2 new tires and rims with fluids,, got me back on the road 5 hours....Great job and vey vey much appreciated the quickness and service.. great job
