A very helpful and organized business. As soon as I entered the building I was welcome by a lady named Lindsay I believe, which she was very friendly, helpful, and knew what she was doing as far as I seen. She helped get everything sorted out with the orientation process, and not even a week later, I received a call from Lindsay informing me that they had a position for me at E+I engineering of Anderson.

I had the privilege of working with miss linzy while i was looking for a job. she let me come in and interview in person instead of rushing me in a job a won’t like. she helped me learn to do a resume and make a indeed account. she has answered my questions and been patient with me. if u need a job please go see miss linzy. she will help you and make sure u good

The way they run the business is a little crazy to me personally. I called to see who they are hiring for, and I was told by a lady name Lindsay that she cant discuss who they are doing hiring for and that I needed to put in an application for more details, but just like anybody with half a brain I would like to know who Im putting an application in to work for first. I guess they assume everybody who puts in an application with them is desperate and willing to go anywhere.

Applied for one position online and they made it seem as if I had the job interview for it. Phillips staffing called and told me to come in for interview. The front desk receptionist rushed through paperwork. When I asked about the position I applied for, the receptionist said she didnt know and to just fill out all the paperwork. Little did I know i was applying for a lower position which they tried to throw me into. Then Lindsey Parham the branch manger calls and is rude and disrespectful on the phone cause I didnt want that position.. beware of this company.

I had a wonderful experience with Phillips Staffing. Though I was a little bit of a headache, Lindsay work through it and we achieved the goals we had set out for. A bunch of great and understanding staff here at the Anderson branch. I highly recommend them for your employment and or employee needs.

I been to alot of temp services, but nothing like this one. Ms.Darlene is so sweet and nice. I really appreciate her taking time to make sure my paperwork was right. You dont go to a temp service and someone care to make sure your paperwork right . She kept in contact with me, i didnt have to go through alot. I work for Phillips Staffing at the Anderson location, I have been here since 11/2016 and every since I started it has felt like working with family, and I love my family. I really enjoy my job as a recruiter, because I love helping people that help their selves. It really makes me feel good when they get hired on at the companies that I place them at. I have many candidates that call me just to let me know how they are doing, and thanks me for believing in them. Brings me satisfaction that I have done my job.

Rude and Inconsiderate without concern. The Receptionist is nonchalant but i think it’s because her compassion and frustrations of her employees makes her emotional but I may be wrong. In this business you must have tough skin because people bring the weight of the World in the establishment only to be heard sometimes and not stirred up. Life is tough and compassion goes a long way. Shutting down Shows absolutely no concern, be the Solution instead of the Situation. But No Help at all here, not even a Call. Best Luck in the Future!

I worked with this company for a very short time while seeking long term employment in my degree field.I was contacted with an offer of 16$ an hour with a race after 30 days at Pack IQ in Anderson.After a three hour interview I was offered 13$ an hour, I took the offer as I hadnt heard back from other much better offers. I worked a total of 12 hours with the company, after receiving a much better off in my field.After three weeks, I received a check for two hours work.We utilize companies like this for one goal, to get money. This company apparently can not help us achieve that goal.I understand most of the people that read this will be desperate for a job, needing money and will have no choice but to accept an offer from here and thats what they pray on.If you can avoid jobs here at all cost.My name is Pace McCraw, Ill be on file if you want to call and discuss this issue.

Referred two family memebers to apply two weeks after I had applied with them. They were given Jobs at two different locations a day after applying! I have called several times and all I get is the availability list.
