Excellent customer service. I took my computer to be evaluated and fixed. The repairs could have been costly. Richard took the time to inquire about the warranty. The computer was under warranty. He advised me to send in and have it fixed so that I was not paying for the repairs. What a wonderful person!! He also helped me correspond with the company to get the computer sent off!!! R &W will always have my business.

This place literally ruined my new computer!! I took it up there, in the box, to have restore discs made (which was 50$ mind you).So, about 9 months later I get to where I need to do a factory restore, and of course disc 2 is conveniently not there. I called their office to see if they may have found it or what, they said no of course!!So, I had to take my PC up there at a 75$ charge they restored it, and made a recovery partition in drive D, that ultimately used all my PCs memory.JUST find somewhere else, youll also feel the uncomfortable feeling that I cant describe either, just being in there!!

Quick turnaround for a laptop with a cracked screen and a Windows update gone awry. They fixed the update and replaced the screen, it is running well.
