The Majestic team did an awesome job on my patio cover! They were very easy to work with right from the start. The team that came out and did the installation was on time each day, worked very hard and really paid attention to detail. The city building inspector also had nothing but good to say about this company. I would recommend Majestic Builders for any construction project to family or friends, a great team.

First I would just like to say thank you so much for our Equinox patio cover, it was the best decision we ever made. It was worth the extra money because were outside all the time, the louvers open up and keep our patio cool in the hot part of summer. The crew was courteous and hard working, the project manager kept in touch with me while I was waiting for construction, during construction and after construction and they sent out a supervisor to inspect the work and make sure all was done correctly. I would hire this company to do any home project I needed. Theyre a class act and I am very happy with the work they provided. Theyre awesome!

Made an appt with them in Oct of 2020...due to pandemic and other constraints. They finally came out a couple months later and then nothing. I reached out to find out what was going on and I got an email in March about an estimate coming soon. That estimate never showed up. Its now May. Either they are too busy to do business with, or dont care about customer service.Rather sad as I was looking forward to their designs and ideas. I realize stuff is busy, but a bit more contact for customer service would be nice.

Majestic Builders did an excellent job installing my new patio. Chrissy answered all my questions, gave sound advice, and kept me informed throughout the project even with the complications caused by the pandemic. The installation team of Wes, Mike, Matt and Lance were professional in their work and their interaction with me. Chrissy and Jordan both performed onsite visits to ensure proper supervisory oversight of the project. Im very satisfied with the quality of the work and the customer service at all levels from beginning to end.

Darin went above and beyond to help us understand and evaluate repairs needed from an inspection report. He took the time to do this even though there is no certainty the contract being award to Majestic Builders. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his trade and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable contractors.

Well I sent a email to see about getting a estimate on a project on my current deck which I am assuming will be a few thousand dollars worth of work and after half a week or so I finally got a reply saying they believe they have someone to do the job for me and left me his number.Now according to their site they do repair work themselves so I am not sure why they referred me to another company.I did contact said company, the gentleman came by and got the information he needed and about half a week later contacts me. That is the last I have heard from him.To me it seems like Majestic doesnt want a small job like mine I guess. Although that seems to be the issue here in this area with a lot of companies which is a shame.

It was a pleasure to work with a local company that provided great service. Communication was excellent and the young men that worked at my house were very professional, courteous and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner and they left my property clean. Chrissy and Jordan were amazing to work with!

We have a large window in our formal living room that leaked terribly when ever we had a storm. The carpet was destroyed and the wall needed to be repaired. We choose Majestic Builders from word of mouth. We were not disappointed. We were so impressed with Chrissy. She was prompt in letting us know what was going on, responding to my calls, and organizing the entire project. Chrissy is a perfectionist and she made sure everything was done perfectly. We were especially impressed with her attention to detail. We need to have our patio cover repaired from last years hail storm and have already asked Majestic to do the work. We look forward to working with them again.

Majestic was retained to construct a patio cover and separate swim spa cover and act as a general contractor for the concrete and electrical work done by subcontractors. They also were to coordinate with the spa retailer. They performed the work timely as contracted for and when there were any scheduling or other issues they responded quickly and satisfied any concerns that we had. Their recommendations on certain design and lighting aspects of the job were excellent and they incorporated the changes to the contract seamlessly. I recommend them highly.

During the huge snow storm in February that knocked out power to most of Shasta County, I called Majestic Builders for help hooking up a generator to our home. Despite being extremely busy because of the storm, they sent someone out that day to help us. Office and service staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Majestic Builders replaced power line stanchion bent to roofline by oak limb falling on power line after heavy snowfall felled limb. As on previous occassions they were prompt at helping us out in getting power back to home. As usual they also did a great job were courteous and resonbly priced. Would have given 5 stars except senior field electrian failed to test main breaker contacts with panel so I had to reset main breaker contacts to get power to panel. (REU personell walked me through the process. I wouldnt have minded that so much if that senior field electrician hadnt spent 10 minutes trying to impress my neighbor with how knowledgeable he was with almost 40 years experience. Seems that 40 years didnt teach him to cover all the basics. LOL That said I will hire Majestic Builders in the future as they always follow up their work with a request for anything I found could be improved, and they took my feedback on the above with a promise to follow up with their senior field electrician.
