I was involved in an accident and, the police officers writing the report attributed the fault to the other vehicle, insured by Allstate. While trying to file the claim with Allstate, their adjuster could not be reached for over 3 weeks, nearly daily. While getting the run around, I called State Farm, and Laura and her team working with Maggie, found out some details that All-states adjuster may no longer be with Allstate. She let me know my options and how to go about getting Allstate to reassign and adjuster. Without going into more detail, Laura and State Farm are very professional, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended. Allstate, not so much but thankfully Im not insured by them.

We were in our used rv on our first trip and 4 miles out of Throckmorton TX we broke down. I carry roadside assistance through my insurance with State Farm. I had never used State Farm before but met a personable rep in a social situation who worked for Maggie Waldreps Agency. I thought all insurance was basically the same but Brandon Landmark took the time to educate me and not only allow me to see how not only do insurance carriers vary but agencies do as well. Brandon was the consummate professional patiently answering questions, offering suggestions, educating me and oh entertaining me too. He is brutally funny and its rare that I hang up the phone having felt good about spending money on something like insurance. But that is exactly how Brandon makes you feel. In the past couple of years he has helped me with my car insurance, get a StateFarm credit card, set up a money market account which I was saving money to buy a home with and then help me save money on each option. I travel extensively out of the US so sometimes he has to reach out to me several times especially to get my mileage for my Drive&Save discounts. He lets the others in the office know that I travel and to please either try again or give me a couple of days extra but that I will surface again soon and attend to whatever they need. In return they help me set everything up on autopay with the longest renewal period possible so that its one less thing to worry about when Im home between trips. In fact EVERYONE in the office is extremely friendly and has a tremendous work ethic and attention to detail. No request seems too big or too inconvenient for them. The entire team helps each other out when one is not available and while I do have my favorite agents...I know ANY of them can help me equally well. I just wish I could give Maggie and her team more than 5 stars. Oh and let her know she has a huge asset in Brandon Landmark. He gets 10 stars... 5 for professionalism and 5 for making me laugh which in todays world is PRICELESS!!!

Office is clean and its Aug 2020 year of covid19. Social distancing and masks and you must call from the parking lot. The ladies I have dealt with in the past have been friendly and try to help. My husband has had issues at this office for years using wrong pay method, telling him his renters insurance Would cover we paid 3 years on a policy and were told had there been an accident the belongings would not be covered. Ugh. Husband says on a pretty friday dont expect the office to be open cause they take a long weekend. I wish I had stayed with my Greenwood office because my rates jumped BIG TIME. But untill we change I guess Ill be here 😆

I would highly recommend Maggie Waldreps State Farm Office. We were shopping around comparing rates because we were paying over $350 for full coverage, rental reimbursement, and $5k medical coverage for 2 cars with Progressive and had been with them for 9 years. We got the same coverage plus roadside assistance for $110 less than what we were paying. Liz at the office was super helpful and continues to be. They also saved us money on our homeowners insurance and were adding a security system, so itll go down even more. And our driving records arent 100% perfect. We were shocked at the savings. If you havent checked with them, Id definitely recommend doing so. Were so thankful we did. I applaud you guys for being a great business and having great customer service!

I had the best experience ever with my previous State Farm agent, but after being forced to switch agencies Ive had nothing but trouble with this new agency. Over the phone I got people who appeared to be nothing but fake, they kept me on the phone for hours at a time, I kept receiving mail to an old address of mine, and the final straw was due to a rate increase my monthly bill went up by $20 after staying generally the same for four years. When I went to go cancel my policy (because I found better insurance coverage at a more affordable price) it took me three emails and three phone calls to finally get them to cancel. Every time I talked to them I said I just dont want my next auto draft to go out and sure enough when that day came a week later they drafted my next months amount. When I called them to resolve the simple issue of giving me my money back they informed me that they were only able to give half of the money back. This agency is nothing but a bunch of crooks and I suggest that you go find somebody else to do business with. If you do choose to go with this agency I wish you nothing but the best of luck but youre an idiot.
