I will never use them again, I interviewed with Gus who seemed nice enough but I never heard from him, so after calling repeatedly I was placed by Char, she lied, telling me this was an accounts payable position and was long term temp with possible hire. I canceled other interviews and went to my first day to find out it was VERY short term and it had NOTHING to do with accounting at all! I was sent to update a phone list for them and would maybe take a few days but they would TRY to give me enough work to get 40 hours! The person I went to work for said Char knew exactly what position entailed, I was livid!! I tried to call CHAR and no return call. It was ridiculous! If I could file a complaint about her misrepresentation of the position I would! What a waste of time! Never again!

Years of working with them has resulted in lots of time spent on idle conversation and follow up later.Been giving them chance after chance since 2012. I have found more jobs on my own than the whole team.Sad to leave the review, but it has been long enough letting everything slide.They also changed to a contemporary style office, no cubicle walls, nerf guns, and as result it is louder. Everyone is plenty nice, but nice doesnt seem to bring any results.

I am sad to have to leave a 3 star review.I worked with them for over a year and in the past they have been amazing, and attentive but recently things have been awful. Ive called multiple times over the past 3 weeks, left voicemails with multiple people, and have received zero response. I even had the Branch Managers number and no response there. I had 2 interviews in June, and since then not a single phone call. I am now going to try another staffing agency, since Opti doesnt like to answer the phone, or even call someone back.

The staff is incredibly enthusiastic and youll have a lot of fun interviewing. I did eventually get a job I really like from them, but it did require follow-up on my part. I ended up interviewing with three of their reps before I got two interviews at hiring companies through them. One wasnt a good fit, and I never heard a follow-up. The one that *did* go well they were wonderful at keeping me informed on, and made sure I had the information I needed to succeed. If youre looking for a job and cant find anything on the open market, I highly recommend them as a resource, but do be advised that it might take a little effort to actually secure that interview.

To be avoided at all costs! Their staff has zero follow up or follow through, and were not talking rocket science here or anything; but in 3 weeks of calling twice weekly to speak with the recruiters who enthused joy and happiness at my arrival, it took speaking to the office manager about the lack of return calls to hear from one of the two recruiters again. In short, no follow through; and if they cant keep their temps on hand and communicate with them, I can only lament how they interact with the businesses they court.

Dont waste your time with these people. A friend of mine had the same experience as I did. Your time is much better used finding a job on your own.

Terrible. You walk in to the office and you can hear the staff chatting so loudly from the waiting area. In addition to that, when being interviewed by one of them, music from another staffs computer was blaring. I felt like I was in-line to get coffee in one of the Dutch Brothers coffee shop. Thats how much chattering and noise there was in this office. Very unprofessional. There is also that feeling that you were looked down too when they talk to you. All this with no result from them. This place used to be good until they started hiring people who act like theyre in high school.

I spoke with two reps about two weeks ago. First I spoke with Crystal, she was awesome but due to the postions she filling I didnt qualify which is understandable. Its getting into tax season and I didnt have the exp or meet the qualifications. I then spoke with Timothy Evans and he seemed very nice but I did feel like I was rushed and he told me he liked my resume and hell put my resume out there. Last week I saw a couple of positions open that I know Im well qualified for and I have gotten nothing back. Im a little upset about the lack of communication.
