Wonderful place, quiet and not crowded because their times and days vary.

The program is good, but the case workers are not. They constantly lost my paperwork, they are rude as all get out, and they dont take ANY responsibility for their mistakes, which are many in number. The other staff are generally not very good as well. Pretty sad as a lot of people need this.

My experience with my family it was different challenging but a great experience everybody there at Mckinnel was very supportive The staff, the directors, the cooks, were wonderful and I thank you All so much, and so wonderful and when it’s emergency they truly pull for your family and I thank God and truly grateful for that. So I would always donate and be thankful for that and the rules they have are the correct rules And not bad at all,I would recommend McKinnel any day. They were great. We need more shelter like Mckinnel.

Mckinnel is a Godsend for my family and I. Its an emergency family shelter. They are connected with lots of resources. My husband and I are forever grateful for this program. Thank you thank you thank you👍👍👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

Some workers need about to warm up to some have to deal with how hey are as a person very tight eye accept when it comes to your food that can be stolen, had a few red flags that people got access to my room other than workers but dont have proof. Basically if you get off on the wrong foot with whom ever you get it bad while their. I didnt have it as bad as what I had heard. Other than that its a place to save up for rent. You do what you do type of place.

I really enjoyed volunteering, for the older person and people with disabilities, packaging food, very rewarding and humbling!!!!

Mckinnell house is an awesome program for parent to have a chance to get on their feet. Very kid friendly and specializes in helping fathers to get a jump start after criseses or sometimes even jail and treatment.

Very clean. Great structure
