I have used this company for over 3years, after going through 2 lousy transport companies here in Anchorage. They are ALWAYS on time, punctual and polite. If running a few minutes behind I get a call before they are due to arrive. Even if I have an emergency or a last minute trip they always stri ve to meet the need for me. I recommend them highly.

They never show up on time. Waited till after my pick up time to get a call that they will be 30 mins late for pickup to my doctors appointment. This isn’t the first time I’ve used them for one of my main ways of transportation but it will be my last.

Would leave a 0 star review if it was possible....Horrible customer service. Would not rely on them to EVER be on time. They always have an excuse as to why their running late. Leave my residents stranded at appointments for well over 45 mins then when I call to express my discomfort and explain how my resident still hasn’t been picked up, instead of trying to resolve the problem the lady put me in hold. I tried calling back 3 times in a row... no answer... and resident is still stuck at appointment with no means of a ride home....

Mostly nice drivers and good service I like the owner he’s nice and qui is nice
