Arctic Green has completed two projects for me—a small hydro seeding project and a difficult lawn restoration project. The teams have always met or exceeded my expectations. These are experienced problem solvers who take pride in their work. I applaud their organization and communication skills, their courtesy, their advice, and their desire to understand and serve the needs of the client. I plan to be a repeat customer.

I have to admit, based on my earlier interactions I thought this was just a small, friendly outfit. Turns out they have the manpower, experience and equipment to do everything I could ever need in both winter and summer. Im not surprised to see other 5-star reviews at all. As for some other folks leaving 1 star with no details? Seems fake. And $120 for small engine diagnosis, repair, tuneup parts included, and reassembly... seems like a great deal and nothing to complain about. Oh well, I wasnt there. I dont have a single complaints with Arctic Green. Actually, my only complaint would be that they need a Mat-Su location so I could recommend my friends up there. I think this location only serves Anchorage, Alaska and surrounding areas like Eagle River with landscaping and snow removal.

Ive never personally used this service but I have seen the after of their service and thought they did a wonderful job. The Lake Otis and Tudor intersection was their contract and its so much better looking now!The comments and one star ratings are trolls, just for the record. Someone didnt like an employee there and started some stuff on Facebook.Id hire these guys. =)

Used Arctic Green LLC for a different service and saw that they also do small engine repair. Needed my snowblower fixed because it wasnt driving forward or reversing. They fixed the linkage and performed a tune up and it ran great all winter through some of the larger snow storms that we had. Definitely recommend their services.

I had them tune up my honda mower and they did an excellent job. the staff was very understanding and did their best to accommodate me and my needs

I wouldnt recommend that anyone take their small engines here for repair. I see that Justin Warmilee rated his own company down below,this is a conflict to try and get rid of the 1 star reviews. I was charged $188 for tune up and repairs and I specifically told them my machine wasnt running and I needed it working. We got it back and could run one pass on my lawn and it would conk out. Took it back within 30 days and they wanted to charge me an additional $110. They finally went down to $80 but when I pushed him to give me a reason why I had to bring it back to begin with Justin started giving me excuses like my gas had water in it (gas tank was full when we got it back and we never put gas in it so their gas must have water in it. ) My machine was made in Korea and he has to pay American wages (really?!) On and on, wouldnt let me talk or ask questions. I told him by the time I was done repairing my mower I couldve bought a new one. Now Im being charged from my park to mow my lawn because Im violating park rules. Thanks for nothing! I was a real customer unlike the other reviewer posting that we are just lurkers. Dont trust your equipment to this company. If he hates paying American wages then he shouldnt be in business.

I would not recommend this business, they are expensive and extremely rude. I am not small engine knowledgeable and they knew this. I had a snow blower serviced, $120, no listing of what the service entailed. They said changed spark plug, air filter and changed oil. In addition I had a broken shear pin on the auger, they charged $15 for 1 pin and $100 labor. If I could give it 0 stars I would. In addition they will not warranty their work only the filter and the spark plug according to the manager. He said if the spark plug doesnt work I can bring it back in 90 days. Total bill $220 for service and replace a broken shear pin.

Had my lawn more in there last year same thing is happening they wanted to charge me again. I found a new small engine mechanic! They don’t do it right the first time find someone that will. So I did !!
