Had them come last spring, they did half the yard and said they would be back; never came back to finish even after paying. They “said” (never go by word of mouth) they would come back after the rest of the yard thawed and mind you i had already paid. 2 weeks pass- Brought this to the attention of the person who answered my call and they argued w me back and forth, basically called me a liar and told me to find someone else to service our yard. The actual people who clean were great, but the way my issue was dealt with was pathetic..

We and our Newfies have been with them for several years and have always had excellent service. What is particularly noticeable, now that we are retired and generally home at the time, is the pleasant demeanor that each person has had as well as the attention to both our dogs and the task at hand. I highly recommend their services and if possible getting to know their people. It is worth the effort and helps to know that your pets are appreciated and your yard is clean.

They advertise a base rate of $145 for fall clean up, they quoted me $300. Seemed like they bait you with the base rate and then jack it up. As a note I dont have a large yard and half the yard has no leaves. Also, she told me it would be cheaper if I called earlier in the fall. What? I bet it would be cheaper when there are no leaves but that kinda defeats the purpose of fall clean up.
