They were AMAZING and so great at communicating when getting my huge 160 pound dog and crate to the vet and back! The airline made them bring him 2 times once to get weighed and then the next morning to fly and this company with just a couple hour notice was able to do it!!! I’m so appreciative! Especially to Jessica who was kind and kept telling me that everything was going to be ok! Thank you guys!

I googled Express Delivery Service just to get their hours, to see if I can call before 7am. I saw that one review was dragging down their stars so I had to jump in. These guys are AMAZING!! I have used them for over a decade. They have been professional and friendly. Always. They have transported live animals, 15 ft kayaks and have made very short timelines consistently and I am so appreciative! Living in the bush comes with many challenges and Express Delivery has had my back every time Ive called them. Priceless!!

Driver going down the road texting away moving slower than the traffic. Dangerous!!

Ive twice encountered them around town driving unsafely, both times I assumed they were drunk. This last time caught them on dash cam failing to stop at a stop sign and not using turns signals. Both times the driver was an older man driving a dirty white car.Here is a hint, if youre going to drive for a living maybe learn the rules of the road. Having unsafe drivers reflects poorly on a delivery company.I wouldnt trust them to deliver anything safely.
