While I’ve never utilized their tech support so can’t vouch for those services, I’ve been receiving Weston Techs newsletter for years. I’m in IT support in a similar company in Alaska but working very, very, remotely. Their newsletter is one of the most informative, varied and humorous sources of industry information and I look forward to it every month. To me, it indicates a very professional, competent and cohesive organization.

Our company has been using Weston for many years. They are the most honest, capable, and caring people that I know. I usually forget that I am calling another company because I feel that they are part of our own company team. We sometimes troubleshoot over the phone if needed, but on many many occasions they just offered to run over the our place and take a quick look.I no longer have frustrating computer days. I can make the call and then they take over concern and resolution for the issues. I have never had an issue they couldnt solve.I trust this company with my most important business and needs. These guys are great! When you have computer or network problems these are the guys to call. They get right out and get you back up and running so that you can start working again.In addition to taking care of emergencies they are also really good at helping us plan and design our systems to prevent outages and to minimize them if they should occur.And not only that they talk in plain English - so you really have an idea of what is wrong and what they are going to do to fix it. Way better than the geek guys!

Weston is always quick to respond and when we have an issue that we think is going to be difficult they pull their team together get us taken care of. I am glad that they know our system and keep our business computers running. Our work days would be much more stressful if we had to take care of problems ourselves.
