Richard at the UMV was beyond helpful. He was kind and quick and made sure everything correct. There was an issue with some of my paperwork and he helped work through the issues and made everything work. I would recommend him 10/10.

Great service. The doors promptly opened at 9 AM and numerous agents were available to assist all waiting customers. Mandelyn was especially helpful to me and my son for the two transactions we needed to complete. We were pleased with her service. UMV really saves time and their transaction fees are worth it if you need something done quickly.

Yes they charge a little more (it’s a private business) but you also get exceptional service! I’ve used this place a number of times and it is always a quick smooth experience. If you want to avoid all the headaches and wasted time that always seem to happen at the DMV go to one of these businesses. Today I was helped by Miranda and she couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.

I was in an out in 5 minutes, both times today. I say both times because I seemed to be incapable of accurately reading the documentation on what I needed for my real ID. 😂 Twice. Miranda was amazing both times. She was kind and understanding with my befuddlement over the documentation needs. I have never had anything but an excellent experience at this location but today was exceptional! Miranda is definitely an amazing asset to this team.

Their customer service is total rudeness and seriously needs a change. I work customer service for years and it is awful at this location!! Ive decided I will be going to the normal dmv since at least there Ive never received the way youre treated at this one!! Dont go here and just settle for the average wait time and treatment that isnt as if youre interfering with them just sitting and waiting for someone to come in!!!!

I am so impressed with how helpful Mackenzie was! I came in for registrations and farm plates . When her co-worker said they didn’t have farm plates at any anchorage location and that I would have to go to the DMV, Mackenzie took the extra time to make some calls and find them at the UMV in wasilla . She then processed everything and will mail me the plates ! So MUCH time saved because she was an amazing employee!

Mackenzie did a swift and wonderful job processing me today, will be returning to UMV if thats the standard for service there!

The lady that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed done. Definitely worth the extra money to not have to go to a regular DMV and wait in line forever. No appointment necessary.

Ive used this great location twice recently, to renew the registration for a work related commercial vehicle, and renew my drivers license. Both times it was quick and easy with great customer service, I was helped by Richard and he does a wonderful job there !!!

Service was fast, Brionne had great customer service. She offered to shrink the temporary ID print out down to wallet size and laminate it.

Had to make a quick visit to renew my tags and get the Real ID. I was helped by McKenzie who was very polite and knowledgeable about her job and made the whole process very quick and easy.

I recently used UMV to transact a title, drivers license, and registration. Although a little struggle in the beginning with misinformation, all turned out great. This place charges for every little thing, they say to support local, but I find it hard when they charge for every key stroke, I really cant wait until the real DMV opens, and be prepared for paying an extra 5% for paying with a debit/credit card, I go in to get my kid his drivers permit, Im told its $15 for the test plus another $40 if he passes, he did, so my math says its $55, I ended up paying $59.85 for paying with credit card

Their service is fast, Jennifer gave her extra mile in helping me getting my DL. They were having issue on it and didn’t stop helping me til they figured out what was it. She communicated with me what was going on and personally assisted me in solving the issue. Jerico has a warm smile that makes you feel you are welcome and he’s there to assist.

Recently bought a new vehicle and went here to have the title transfered over to me before the seller moved out of state. Everything went fine during the transfer. Three weeks later I get a letter saying they didnt receive his signature and my title is now has a hold on it. They offered no help in solving this, I do not pay for a service to have them be so incompetent that they couldnt get a signature. Will not be going back.

A very genuine gal named Mackenzie helped me get my old car in order when no one else would I’ll be back if I need anything specifically because of her you guys have a good one with her
