Sending freight through lake Clark is apparently at your own risk. A birthday cake and ice cream I sent to port Heiden for a birthday party got separated. Only the cake arrived. My granddaughter did not receive a phone call advising her these items were arriving so she didn’t go to the airfield. Someone else was there and recognized the name on the cake and delivered it. As soon as my granddaughter saw the ice cream was missing she went to the airfield but found nothing on the ground. I have been sending birthday party cakes and food with lake Clark for years now, four times a year. The freight is way more expensive than the food but it’s worth it as I rarely see my grandchildren but someone is not caring or doing their job.

Great experience the staff are very friendly, helpful, and fast. We were in and out got all her questions answered. Very happy with the services we got today and will come back

Awesome service, my employer booked me a ticket to sand point, AK through Lake Clark Air. Check in took a little long but you have to understand that a mojaority of the people that live off grid in Alaska use these aviation companys to move gear and freight so they come in seeing if they can get there supplies on the outgoing flight. I will say they seem to be a very popular air carrier in the community because there phone never stopped ringing the whole time I was there, about 4 hrs, and they picked it up everytime!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get to any remote area in Alaska
