I took my car today August 24 2019 like around 9:15 am. On of the guys cleaning my car. Put the driver seat forward. And now it won’t go back. I want to file a complaint. Because my seat won’t go back

As the name suggests, they wash cars... The flattery from pervy guys is a bit much tho... Although the restroom door locks from the inside, it was unlocked from the outside by the manager of the car wash with a key ..without knocking...less than two minutes after I walked in. I screamed because I was changing my top and he pushed the door against me, forcing it open and exposing me to several other employees and customers. Humiliating and devastating experience...perhaps assault? idunno. I reported to the Owner of the store who laughed it off as if I were joking. This was a terrible, life-altering experience I wouldnt wish on anyone.

These place... I was getting the GOLD package with specify Hand Wash included for $16.99 on the big signs and the guy JOSE tells me that if I want and wash it’s $3 more. “Really?” Isn’t that supposed to be hand wash for $16.99 already? Asked to speak to the manager and no management or superior was on site. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. End up leaving the place.

They’re slow and rude. Don’t go here. There are plenty of other car washes on the area. If any of them have even a poor sense of customer service then they’re way ahead of this place.
