Wow. This company rocks. I called on a Friday evening and Brett came out on Saturday to take a look at our mold issue. He started work by Monday.The whole process took about 3 days. Unfortunately, we found more mold in other parts of the house in the weeks to come, but Brett and his crew took care of it quickly.The prices were very reasonable for mold removal. I paid about $2000 for 3 different walls to be remediated.One thing I especially love about 411 Restoration is how responsive Brett is. Getting a hold of him was never an issue and he’s very quick to reply to text messages.I would recommend Brett and 411 Restoration and will use their service again if the need arises. I’ve already referred him to someone in need of mold remediation. Thanks again Brett!!!

I would very much recommend this company to everyone that is looking for a reasonable price and GREAT customer service. I dont really give out reviews but in this case its well deserve. I called 411 after hours 5:32pm to be exact and I got a live person. The employee I spoke with was able to help me understand the process and I was comfortable enough to set up for them to come out and do an assessment the following morning. Juan arrived on time, answered all of my questions and by 3:45pm the same day I received my estimate via email and a phone call to confirm I received it. Talking about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Leo and his crew were super helpful with the mold issue my parents had at there house. It was a complete mystery because there was no signs at all of any mold anywhere and we couldnt find where the odor was coming from. He was flexible and generous with his time and it helped a lot during a very stressful time. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THE MOLD WAS FOUND AND GONE... We really appreciated his there hard work and dedication. You can see they love doing there job.

I would highly recommend calling up Brett for a consultation and estimate on repairs associated with water damage/water intrusion. Not only is Brett highly knowledgeable and experienced, he is honest, trustworthy, and reliable too. Traits that are difficult to find in the world of contractors. Brett is very reasonable in his pricing and tries to be as comprehensive as possible in what is included. (He obviously cannot quote you upfront for problems he cannot see til walls are torn out, but will keep you informed each step of the way.) My experience with Brett was also that he was very responsive to questions, calls, and emails. Good communication always makes for a better experience.

I had a mess in my home due to 2 leaks that happened at the same time. I had no clue where to start since this has never happened to me. Insurance rep gave me several companies to call and I had to choose. I called 2 companies but I had to leave a voice message in which I still have not heard from as of today. The next company was 411 in which I was going to call first but I didnt. The rep that I spoke to was just amazing and knew what he was talking about. I would give 411 Restoraton Service 6 stars if I could, completely restored our office to its original condition after a water leak, but when mold start growing we had to close the office for what we thought would be 3 weeks, 3 days later they had us back open. Hmmm, water damage was a first for our family here in Orange county. We had a massive leak upstairs from a toilet overflow when we was out of town for Thanksgiving. So I went looking for qualified professionals not knowing if any licensing or certification exists. We found 411 and others online and I literally talked to 5 companies In about 10 minutes but it was something about 411 that resonated with me and that when I asked for references they quickly emailed me 5 people in Orange county they did work for. I called all and talked to 4 for them and all was impressed with the service. The other companies would not provide references, I thought that was odd seeing that they are sending technicians in our home. Short story, if you have a water or mold issue contact these guys specifically ask for Brett Mars or Ron Perez. Thx 411 but Im hoping not to need you again, Ill definitely be referring you.

We had a toilet back up that leak sewage and needless to say it was a horrible odor, my neighbor refer 411 and they was excellent to work with, I highly recommend 411 Restoration of Orange County.
