Rental a van for week trip to Yellowstone. Great service and weekly price

We were able to rent a 15-passenger seat van at a very affordable price (much lower than the various rental companies around the area). We popped into the location the day before our reservation to ask a few questions and the two employees were quick to accommodate us. Pick-up was easy and it made the preparation for our trip much less stressful than anticipated. Definitely our first choice for car rentals in the future. 😊

Excellent price and service from this location. I was so worried after reading upon bad reviews about AVR rental company but had excellent experience with Anaheim branch. Kidir and Amar was super friendly and helpful of renting 12 passenger van we rented over the weekend. They were able to offer us with super low daily rate and car was newest model. Even to top that off, they were able to adjust price for returning the car earlier than orginally booked dates. I would use them again for future rental and would recommend you others.

We were able to rent a 7 seater van at a more than affordable price for a group trip. The car was nice, had heating/air, Bluetooth, navigating, etc. Besides the nice amenities, we were helped by an employee named Kedir who was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process. I would rent from them again!

Totally unprofessional. I had booking and they accepted and at pick up time they said no car is available. Not bothered to offer replacement.

Ridiculous customer service. Rented the vehicle for 10 PM but got it at 1AM because they only had one person working. Then upon return the store was closed with ABSOLUTLEY NO DIRECTIONS TO RETURN. No one would answer the phone and didnt have a ride back to the airport . DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Very bad service if you get any at all.

Both at pick up and drop off, the employees were knowledable, courtesy, and efficient. Our minvan was clean and drove great plus the lowest price. We will be repeat customers.
