Never showed after being stalled for an hour. No wonder uber does so well

This was an outstanding taxi ride this service was a plus. I called a yellow cab service and they took nearly 45 minutes and then realized they had their information incorrect and wasn’t able to get me. Then I called this Taxi Sevice and had me in 15 minutes that was Amazing. The ride there to our destination he was very friendly, and easy to get along with, and very respectful. I totally recommend this service. And by the way it was $20 for yellow cab service to take me from A to B in the same A to B Destiination for this service was $15
