This was my first time filing taxes and I had three years worth of taxes to file. I explained that I had never done this before and needed help. They were honest and took care of my needs so quickly and efficiently that I was shocked. As a young adult at the start of my career, I needed a team that would help me navigate the complicated world of taxes with as little fuss as possible. That is exactly what I got here. I simply sent over the necessary documents, and after asking me some questions to make sure I got the maximum possible refund, Crystal took it from there. I have been using eTax for past 9-10 years and look forward to continue to use them for years to come! The service is just fantastic, very professional but friendly. They have everything setup electronically and you will never have to step into the office if you dont want to, which works out great for me because I am always traveling for my job. All I have to do is email them all the documents. Then they process all the tax papers in a short time and email me back for e-signatures! Then, 10 days later my refund shows up in my checking account! And I can tell you, my filing is not that simple with tons of stock trading and filing taxes in multiple states every year. If I forget to present any tax doc and I find it out after couple months, guess what, they take care of it without any issues! Glad I found eTax!!! :)

Etax was great to me. I walked in, thoroughly defeated by H and R BLOCK trying to get me to buy a deluxe package (when it was supposedly free to file on your own) and ON THE LAST DAY AVAILABLE TO FILE. I was slightly panicked. I searched google for a tax savior and WHO COMES TO THE RESCUES? ETAX!! Bryan took care of me and was honest with me, also very informative. So if you want your taxes done right for a much cheaper price than major chain companies then this is the place to go to.

This is my second year going to eTax. The first year was at the Orange office, but this year I went to the larger Anaheim office. I was helped pretty quickly and the young lady was quick and efficient, though not much small talk. I was out of there in no time. This is the place to go if you just want to get your taxes done.The reason I gave four stars instead of five was because I needed my spouses signature, so I scanned and emailed it to eTax per the ladys instructions. I had asked in the email to be notified that they had indeed received my signed paperwork. Unfortunately, it wasnt until two days later that I had to call to find out they they had received and filed the day before.

Running businesses and taking care of every aspect isnt easy - with etax filing taxes that comply with federal, multi-state and international requirements is one less thing to worry about. Unlike other places, these guys do not raise their fee each year, in-fact they include other value added services for being a repeat customer. Great experience and look forward to continued relationship
