No exterior information about where youre supposed to go but the staff was excellent the security was the most helpful directing a person where to go never had to go inside made an appointment and they were absolutely on time I was there for 4 minutes and gone with the information and documents that were necessary. All in all the best experience I think you can have with the government facility and the staff that work there if you have to do anything inclined towards social services this would be the only facility I recommend. Just off the 91 freeway easy to locate ample parking and the fastest easiest experience Ive ever had.

For the most part it was clean and the workers are good I didnt like the fact that there was a homeless man going in and out are the building into the bathroom and walking around in circles in the lobby nobody said anything to him not even the sheriff thats fine just left with a bad note

In all my years, I have never seen such utter disgrace and disrespect, more than what Im receiving right now.For years Ive been a tax-paying individual and a law Abiding citizen.I came today to bring an individual with less than average understanding of the system. Ibrought Her here and I was greeted by individual who was very rude and disrespectful .I was met with aggravation intimidation and dirty remarks regarding about some of the most basic procedures . I would like for someone to address this issue and deal with him promptly. This office has improved since the last couple years i was there. No more long crazy ridiculous lines to get paper work and back in line to submit paperwork. Now you get a number sit down wait to be called to a window they assist you, then sit you back down and when a worker calls your name its your turn. The staff at the entrance can be more friendly, it is frustrating when you need help and they are so reluctant to help you. In short, if you can please try to handle everything through the phone and go in only if necessary. The wait times vary from day to day. I went in on a friday took over 2 hrs, and i went in on a Thursday and wait time was less then an 1hr.

Back in Feb. 27. Of 2020. They denied us as Tax payers cal fresh. In April i had surgury. Gone blind and the Petra yells at her clients.. Ms. Perez called me pretends to care. They took our food because they lied I had an interview with Petra 10 29 on Jan. Petra who is delusional. Told us to pick our foodstamp card...at 330 pm the same day. The social worker ms. Hunter told us she was going to resolve the matter our wtate is clownsville. They all lie. I have gone blind and had my wtomach removed because of boils. U know that these state workers r wacked .

Where would you like me to start? Once was the first 25 people on the office, waited hr 1.5 and asked the employee when Im up. She said soon. Wait another hour, she said I was up next. Waited over 3.5 hrs to eventually find out I was assigned to someone who wasnt even working that day. The employee that assisted me after that was very professional and curtious of what just happened. Extremely emotionally intelligent person.My benefits were stopped bc someone kept sending my info to a wrong address, even after giving them a correct address. Paper work came 3.5 weeks later, was told to turn in September income. Waited for a response, then was told I need the month before actually. These mistakes highly effect peoples lifes and sad part is, they dont have to pay for their mistakes, we literally do. Food, health and money straight out of our families mouths due to someone elses negligence.They are much better in person then over the phone.

Well ive had biz at soc serv. Many many times over the years more often than not it would take the hole day. Not at this one in fullerton. Ive been 3 times and ive never been more than an hour its clean orderly secure and worth the trip if you gotta go to soc. Sers. Go by way of fullertucky i say!!

Went there by appointment to get my baby birth certificate, everyone there was very helpful, followed COVID protocols. A little hard finding parking but side that my experience took less then 10 min in here.

I am extremely impressed with the service and attention I received in my interactions with Orange County Social Services staff on La Palma Avenue in Anaheim.I was very concerned that my first direct dealings with government bureaucracy would be a nightmare scenario, but I found the entire system to be very well organized, and everyone with whom I dealt to be very respectful and competent.For what it is, the Social Services office there is a very smooth running machine.I’d like to specifically call out appreciation to a Mr. Sanchez, who helped me clear up a glitch that had me signed up for Medi-Cal benefits even though I was not eligible for them.It was a very pleasant surprise to see my tax dollars at work there a lot more efficiently than I had ever imagined they would be.

If you call ahead then you can complete your business faster. Also always check internet more than likely whatever it is u need can be done online. Dont waste your time waiting on hold. They will call you back when it your turn. Very efficient. Customer service professional and friendly. Show respect & remember cs did not make the rules/ laws so why take it out on them.

Everytime I have come to this office, on La Palma Ave, I have been very surprised at how well I am treated, especially when its packed and Ive come late, the wait time is reasonable. Pretty inefficient system for calling up the numbers. After waiting for about 30 min, a worker came out and approached each white number card holder one by one to head straight to a specific window in the corner. No system of order needed after all..... Just a bum rush to the window for everyone.

The Anaheim location is better than the Santa Ana location. Most of the time its fairly quick. No GR services here which is a bummer. They handle everything else though. I found that all the staff is friendly & helpful.

Everyone was helpful, service wasnt as long as I expected. My case worker was less than helpful. Tried to apply for medical & never recieved any notice on whether I was approved or not. Tried to get an emergency card because Im pregnant, was denied that too. Now I have to reapply, hopefully with a different person.

Got all my questions answered here. They wait is just like waiting at the DMV. It is going to be long. I came here to drop off documents and apply for some aid.Be sure to bring some headphones or have a fully charged phone. During the week day at 9am your looking at a 45min to 1hour wait.

They suck. My husband makes 12.00 dollars over the limit for medical. They took our medical. My husband has medication that he takes. It cost over 500.00 dollars. So either we can be healthy or homeless. I Really think they need to overhaul the system.

For everything that goes on here its as efficient as it can be at this location. Wish they would put back an area for the kids and remove the smoking areas by the door.

This is one of the most organized social service offices I’ve been to, it’s always best to be one of the earliest people in line, I got there at about 7am to apply for medical and was out the office at 10 am, keep in mind that I had to fill out quite a bit of paper work and the most important things was it didn’t look ghetto inside, it was very well keep and clean, unlike the offices in downtown Los Angeles.

I must admit that I had to edit my comment . You must have proper communication with this office & tell the truth & the help is there if your willing to work and do better they will really help you they are going to help my family from being homeless . You must talk to a supervisor higher then the supervisor to get real help .

Absolutely horrible experience. They open at 7am. I was here at 6am. I came early and waited in the freezing cold just so I could be one of the first people in, thinking I would be done sooner. 2 1/2 hours later I am still sitting here. The way this place runs is just plain inhumane. All of the employees have an extremely bad attitude and act irritated when I have a simple question to ask them.I shouldnt even have to be here, as they are the ones that made an error processing my application. I feel so bad for all the people who have to wait literally all day long to be helped. This should be illegal.

Everytime I go they promise help. While I am complying with ALL activities they KEEP JUST ASSIGNING ME!!!! Its a government agency that assists people with money, food stamps, and medical. They do the best they can with what they have to work with. So dont knock them because one day you might need them.

Ive been to this Social Services office on several occasions, The last three times I went there I was in the 1st line, and out the front door in under 1hr. and 10min. Its been getting better and better with the service they provide you. Now the DMV could learn a thing or two from this Government Facility.

This is the office to go to for CalFresh or Medi-Cal. No GR here. Very large office with short wait times and a minimum of outside distractions.

Call and make an appointment then drive thru no lines, never have to get out of your car. I wish they would keep it like this forever.....

Its not so bad not so good its just in between some social workers are a little cocky but staff outside are really nice and friendly ... I would say it better then other places I have gone . this is by far one of the best places and many food shops around in case your hungry .

I am very thankful for the worker who helped me here today. 8/21/18. Why??? Man the conversation we had, was amazing. He told me things I didnt know...
