We bought our first home and one of our projects was to find help for the plumbing. After researching different companies online, we called Clean-Out Kings for a quote. They were flexible with scheduling and provided a detailed quote based on what we needed done. They were able to handle both water plumbing and gas plumbing, AND we got a great rebate on a tankless water heater! Brian and Angel were really friendly and helped explain what they were doing, as well as provided an estimated timeline for completion. On a 4 day project, they finished a day early. As with any renovation of a 50+ year old house, they identified some issues that we were not aware of. One being the roots blocking our sewer pipe. Brian quickly identified the problem area and explained to us our options, including pricing breakdown. We opted for the more permanent solution to protect our sewer line. They managed to dig, clean, and install the liner all in one day. Thankfully with their expert guidance, this is an issue we will no longer have to worry about. Since we have been doing a lot of the other home improvements ourselves, Brian let us know they have additional flexible scheduling for when they need to come back for the finishing touches. Had leaking water heater. Called Cleanout Kings since they did great work in my shower plumbing. Bobby was the one to show up. He was very quick to find the issue and explain in detail. He immediately worked with us in getting a replacement and get the work done that same day. Pricing was more than reasonable. He installed our new water heater went over instructions in full detail and made the whole experience 5 star one for me and my wife. Im telling you, these guys are the best in the area. Will continue to be a customer, hoping that the next issue we have is a smaller one lol.

This was the first time we used clean out Kings service. They were very clean and professional. Our plan was to change half bath faucet, plus changing sink and faucet in our kitchen. Their technician showed up and gave us estimate for the job. Next visit they started the job and after it was done everything looked great, just the way we were expecting it to be.

I got my toilet leaking problem fixed as soon as I contacted wih Clean-Out Kings two days ago. Again, I got another problem today, and I called him again. Two hours later, he came and fixed it completely without additional charge.The plumber, Bobby Tieu was so nice and excellent with reasonable price.Ill call him again if I have plumbing problem and highly recommend this guy.

Honestly, this is the first plumping company who showed up on time, gave honest assessment of the problem, and handled right away. Second time we used them and another good experience as Angel goes out of his way to do a good job .They show up on time with all the tools needed. I had what I thought was a bad water shut-off valve but Angel looked at it and said it was good, no need to replace it . They even helped me take the old fridge outside.

Thank you clean out kings for coming and clearing out my drains on such short notice! Almost every sink in my house was clogged and backing up and they were able to send somebody out and assess what the problem was. It turns out I had roots growing into the pipes!
