Our buyers lender hired this company to prepare an appraisal of value for the sale of our property. We received a copy of the appraisal and realized that it was based on incorrect assumptions and as such didnt come close to accurately valuing the property. When provided with proof that the assumptions made were incorrect Nino Appraisal went silent. This caused a unneeded delay and an additional expense when the buyer had to go out and hire a competent appraisal firm. Avoid these incompetents at all costs.I’ve read your response. I take offense to “Nino Real Estate Appraisals will never bend rules, break laws, or put anyone in jeopardy just to make a deal”.Are you insinuating I’m suggesting breaking laws or bending the truth? If so, you are not just incompetent, but truly pathetic. I just wanted our buyer to have an appraisal done by a competent professional and unfortunately that didn’t happen when your company was hired.
