I am sorry to share my experience here but this Company needs to get realized, work with serious and respectful agent, Fred and Dawn Van Allen and their assistant or whatever they call “Alex”, if you are buyer and not shop with them, they won’t give answer until they figure out you had agent, they are very welcome when they starting with work with you but when they founding you had agent and just want to offer the place! They are just starting careless and unrespectful, I won’t suggest work with them be Careful!

Lori helper was very knowledgeable about the escrow and meeting with the appraiser, her negotiation skills were great. She also communicated to me every item that arose in daily and weekly transactions. Would highly recommend her to my friends

Theyll promise you the world an answer your call

Lacking, fair yet inconsistent with each visit. Service with a smile yet no eye contact. Fountain drinks flowing yet without the correct carbonization. Cheeseburger looks/tastes as advertised yet ordered no cheese. Past visit french fries are piping hot yet today they are served luke warm. In every visit Im waiting for something, not the same thing each visit yet none the less waiting for more lemonade, more ketchup, more napkins, etc. Yep, Ill continue to visit, reluctantly; 3 Stars.
