He diagnosed the problem with my HP Color LaserJet printer as a software issue, gave me a file to install and instructions on how to do it, and did not charge me for it. I was able to follow the instructions and my printer is working perfectly again. If I ever have another printer problem I am definitely going back to Eco Printer Service.
