Below average customer service. Quality of work is poor. Failed to get order correct twice. If you are looking for detail work PPI is not the place.Maybe if you want a fence or post powder coated, they might come through, but most likely, they will not be able to properly match the color you want, as was my recent experience.

A 10 day job has taken more than a month and is still ongoing. Lost and damaged product. Multiple trips to replace nuts and bolts and pick up only to find out damages have not been repaired or addressed. They obviously think nothing of our time and effort. What a monumental clusterf--k!

Responsive customer service, very good pricing and quality work. Ive used them several times and will continue to do so.

The worst powder coating company I have ever been to. There warehouse is a mess, I tried asking for help from a gentleman named Hugo and he was so rude he wouldn’t even help me and told me that someone outside can help me. That’s not good customer service. I would not recommend this company to powder coat my products.
