We have been using Magic Jump rentals for at least 3 years now and I have never been disappointed. Their customer service is excellent and they have a huge variety jumpers and slides. Their jumpers are always clean and I feel safe using them for my family. Ive rented from them 3 times during this pandemic and they have all been very well cleaned.They also offer a great loyalty discount for return clients, which is just the cherry on top. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Magic Jump Rentals several times over the years and have always had consistently great service. Pricing is more than fair and reasonable and they’ve always had the jumper we wanted even if it was a few days before booking our event.I was surprised when I went to google to see their site to pick another rental for a bday this weekend and saw that their ratings and reviews were low. I’m coming here to share my own personal experiences because they deserve 5 stars!Thank you for continued great service!

We have given Magic Jump repeat business over years of doing community Association and private party events but based on the most recent experience with extremely poor customer service its clear they do not value their customers so we will no longer do business with them.

If i could give them NO stars, i would! We thought because they had a good rating they would have good service. However, they have the absolute worst service ever. Their drivers are impatient and rude. After they set everything up, we noticed the jumper smelled like urine. I called to let them know that the jumper was not cleaned and smelled like urine. They said it was none of there problem.Worst experience of my life! I really hope nobody has to deal with these guys.Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!

I had an amazing experience with these guys. They were early which was awesome and the jumper was spotless. Definitely will do business with them again.
