First off the guy that did my nails was super nice and he kindly fixed everything I asked him to fix which is why I feel bad writing this but they are completely taking advantage of peoples kindness at this salon. There were just so many errors that I just gave up asking my nails to be fixed. He was literally going to leave my nails with one coat, completely see through and patchy. The lines are horrible and he argued with me about colors after only giving me 3 pinks to choose from. Theres ripples from the clear gel at the tip of every nail because he didnt coat them evenly but I was just trying to stay calm because theyre still kinda cute from far away but then he said $90 bucks and I almost wanted to scream at him but like I said he was nice so I just paid and cried in silence. The more I look at the nails the more I hate them. Pictures dont show how bad they are. If they were like $50 or even $60 I wouldnt be this upset. Theyre not even that long.

Overpriced? Not sure if thats even the proper word to use, they are extremely over the top with their prices. Aside from rushing to get your out of there, they dont even listen to the concerns you have when your going to pay $60! For some short acrylic, your at the wrong location. Definitely not going to come back. I should have listened to the reviews

Nails are nice! Don’t get me wrong — but WAY overpriced!! You can get same quality for you local small business girls doing nails at home! And they’re not organized when it comes to their appointments. I had an appointment at 5pm one time and I had to wait 1 hr and a half for them to sit me down and start. It was my first and last time going there.

Not professional. Should not be in business. Completely disappointed! I should have listened to the reviews. The nails might be nice, who knows if they last but this place is so unorganized. I made an appointment and no one seemed to remember that. The person I scheduled with asked me if I wanted to wait. I would give negative starts if I could for the waste of time, energy and gas it took to get here and because this set would have been my birthday nails and I would have referred them so many people. Completely disgusted at the lack of customer service and professionalism.

Would not recommend going to this salon. yes their designs are nice but it comes with a great amount of unprofessionalism. It’s all the way in Anaheim so it’s a bit of a drive from LA. The nail techs have horrible customer service and communication skills. Regardless of booking in advance and putting down a deposit, they always overbook and just pass you on to whomever is available in the shop and not all of the techs do great work. Horrible experience dealing with the owner would not recommend wasting your time here AT ALL!

A little pricy compared to the surrounding areas but I would still return. My husband and I enjoyed our pedicures.

Waited an hour and half past my nail appointment before Pink was ready to do my scheduled appointment. Nails are horrible, crooked and both hands look like 2 different people did them. Waste of money!
