My daughter had tried doing her own hair. They were able to fix and make her hair look really good. Very nice people too.

Wow, this salon is amazing! I have been here multiple times and the staff never fails to amaze me. I have had my nails and hair done here in the past, but it was my most recent trip that blew me away. Tracey spent 5 hours turning my hair from an at-home disaster to gorgeous soft blonde hair. At home, I started off with removing my red hair dye and then using bleach. It made for a really stubborn removal, but she persisted. The price was also very reasonable. I love coming here. I’ve been a loyal customer of Jenny for many many years. Her salon is always clean and well kept. The staff is the sweetest all around and they take pride in their work.

After hearing the rave reviews about this place from a few friends, I had to try it! I got there about mid-morning on a Saturday without an appointment, but fortunately there were only a couple of people ahead of me so I didnt have to wait too long. I know this place is really out of my way, but I was lured by the promise of good cuts for a VERY reasonable price. Plus, I figured they were used to cutting Asian hair, which is really a thing. Anyhoo, Id forgotten who to ask for but I got Jenni, who was the person I was going to ask for anyway, so I got lucky. We discussed what I was looking for (nothing too complicated, a trim, really) and then she got to work. Shes really nice, quick and professional--she obviously has a lot of experience. After the cut I was sent to another chair where another worker (I forget her name) did the blow-drying and straightening. All told, it was $25 before tip, wow. I thought the guy working the front desk was super-cool and nice too. (I forget his name too, I suck). Next time Ill be sure to make an appointment, and there WILL be a next time because getting a good cut for that price if youre a woman is just INSANE. it was definitely worth it to me!

Were from Chicago & in desperate need of manicure & pedicures for 4 of us. Call this shop & they were able to accommodate us. The service was GREAT & fast with great customer service!! We were very happy with everything!

I have been going there for about 5 years now, and i am a very picky client lol. The staff has so much patience with all of their customers and if something doesnt look good they will happily fix it without any hesitation. I love everyone there, and the owners are phenomenal. Definitely a different feel from any other nail shop Ive been to. Exceptional customer service.

Jenni does a very professional job! She has magic fingers and knows her color blends exceptionally well!!! Trust her or bring your ideas, she wont disappoint!!

I got a trim and bangs. She did a very good job and it wasnt that pricey. $20 plus a tip for her.

The service was kinda aggressive, but the staff was very nice. They tools were sterilized but they use old pumice stones. I specifically requested a new one. I would be back.

I had a nice relaxing pedicure by Hana(?) Not sure if I spelled that right but thats how she pronounced it...Anyway she gave a great massage. Friendly, great customer service. Would definitely recommend and come back. Thank you!

Ive been coming to Jenny to get haircuts for years. Its a nice place. I think its cheaper than others but I honestly wouldnt know. They really want to make people happy with the service. Over time Ive seen them fix things like chipping polish or whatever for ladies for free. Its pretty busy when Im there.

This was my first time in this shop. Sarah was very attentive and made my experience so enjoyable. She tells you to relax as she does her work. Is also my first time having gel toe nails. She really takes her time to do her work. I will definitely be coming back and trying a design for a pedi and mani:)

Honestly I thought this place great, I came and got a full set done. However, literally two hours after I got my nails done two of them broke, I didn’t lift anything heavy or anything. The nails were so thin! The man who did my nails, burnt me with the tool he used, he cut into my cuticle, and overall I had such a bad experience. I called but there “wasn’t much I could do” I don’t understand why the man who did my nails thought it was necessary to make them super thin! 😒 The lady I spoke to on the phone told she couldn’t talk anymore because she needed to go back to work, um excuse me I paid for this, it wasn’t free and she had the audacity to hang up on me! I definitely regret coming here.

Worst experience of my life. They dont know what they are doing. Asked for side bang and the guy and the other employee kept saying: yes i understand but eventually they did not even cut the hairs evenly. Please dont waste your money

My nails came out good just that the girl did both pedi and full set separately it took forever .

Great salon and staff. Everyone is really nice. All services are reasonably priced. I always get my hair cut the way I asked (unlike other places). My hair is difficult to cut because it is curly.

Great place, friendly and fast. Have been going to Jenni since they opened up over 13 years ago, may even be longer have lost track of time.

Mediocre at best . Wont be back waited 45 min instead of 20 min i was told. They dont really get into what a pedicure is about..cuticles were not done well she didnt clean the side of the nail beds... i could have totally did this myself. The people are nice but im use to my feet feeling revived ..not so much

Good pedicure, bad polish. Still tacky after 4 hours. This is my favorite place for a haircut and pedicure but today the polish was so thick it was still tacky after 4 hours. I had no choice but to remove it and start over.

Friendly service but the lady was not talking my language. I asked for a trim and not to be short but she cut it way short. At first it was looking alright for the front but like it is with my hair I find out the truth in 2 days. It was horrible. I dont know where to find a good haircutter in OC that will actually listen to what you want.

Friendly staff, fair pricing, did a good job with a fill and pedicure.

I asked if they had time for a pedicure and manicure and they said yes that I would only have to wait 10 minutes, 50 minutes after and I was still waiting. They shouldve just let me know they had no time, instead of having me wait for that long. I didnt want to wait any longer. I will never return here. Not good customer services.
