I had professional and kind nail techs. The quick service was a plus!I made an appointment, same day, and arrived on time.. my pedicure and acrylic nails were done at the same time and I was out within 55-65 minutes! I had limited time for this appointment, so I paid attention to that. I got a gel polish and the Royal spa pedicure. The massage was great. I didnt get the techs names, but I will be going back! :)

I always come here for my dip nails - $45. Mine lasts for more than a month. Helen is lovely and does a great job.Best times to go are early morning (or anytime before 6pm really). I usually just do walk in so if you go later in the evening, be prepared to wait for a little bit.

Do not go to this nail salon. The nail techs including the owners are extremely rude, they do not sterilized there equipment. They will reuse dirty towels and equipment from previous customers. They only care about your money they are extremely expensive and they do the absolute worse job.

I do not recommend coming here I asked for a ballerina nail shape and was charged extra to do the shape. at the end I ended up with a shape that looks more like coffin .The nails were to wide so I had to go home and try to file them. Ive had my nails on for 2 days and one already broke off . I took my daughter to get a manicure that same day with me and she said the woman doing her nails was mean and yes they were rude I told her my nail was not straight so she yanked it off and made it bleed . I payed 55 for my nails and 15 for my daughters OVERALL BAD BUSINESS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Bad shape, small amount of color options, bad customer service, nails dont last .

I had my pedicure with Tammy and I loved it! I did option #5 from their available pedicure list and it did not disappoint. Not to mention it was only $26. She was kind and took her time to make sure my feet looked great! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this definitely needed recognition!

Great place to get a great pedicure and nails done at an affordable price

First time going to queen nails and definitely my last. The lady who did my full set did a horrible job on everything I got them done last Saturday the 2nd it hasn’t been a week and my nails are completely off since yesterday Wednesday the 7th. The lady who did my French on my toes took almost the same time as the lady who was doing my nails and to top it off I didn’t like it either didn’t say anything because I was gonna take longer. I honestly didn’t tip any of them two.

This nail salon plays tricks with its prices. I dont like to write bad reviews during hard times but I wanted to warn people. I walked in and asked for price on Acrylic service for my nails and was told that it would be $25 with regular nail polish. So I sat down with a lady named Leena. While she was doing my nails, she told me that getting a Daimond shape would cost $3 more dollars. I was kinda mad at the fact that they didnt tell me all this in the beginning. I was expecting good service/nails but my nails turned out horrible. They dont even look decent. I would not recommend going here

The girl with the eye lashes is so rude. I had appointment and just left cause the way she talked. She shouldnt talk to customers. Never coming back

Went in to them being very rude because I had my kids with me, they arent bad or loud but still seem to bother the guy that my daughter was on my lap he told me he couldnt do my nails and this was after he had already removed my other set, he could have just told me before he even started. I will never return the guy was rude and had no reason to be, my other place has no problem with my kids going in with me and Ive never had an issue any other place that Ive gone

Rude people who seem miserable to work here. My little sister even got in trouble for not drying her hands after washing them. They were just cold and the lady kept ranting in her language about it. I could hear her at my table where I was getting mine done by the guy who literally put no effort in my nails while my sister in law was at another table trying to conversate with the lady but she had no interest by the look of her face. I know theyre not expensive but damn, theyre also NOT free for them to be so rude to their customers. Definitely not coming back. 👎

My experience here was not so great..My feet were done perfectly... however my nails are horrible..Micheal did a distasteful and sloppy job on my nails. I asked for pink ombré that’s not what he gave me. Helen the manager tried to intervene but it was hopeless.Mind you he took forever, left acrylic on my fingertips and around my cuticles and he cut me! Still unsatisfied, I went back the next day (Saturday) and spoke with Helen to get a refund, which they don’t provide. Even though they’re “big” on customer satisfaction.She offered to allow micheal to fix them in which he did just as bad as the first job.. I had acrylic applied sloppy on my middle finger which I didn’t notice untilI got home and I already have TWO nails that are lifting as if I’ve had them on for about a two weeks. I got my nails done Friday 1/25 afternoon... it’s Tuesday 1/29I just moved to Anaheim and thought how cool to have a nail shop near by, I WILL not be returning to Queen nails and suggest you don’t either. However, if you do decide to come, do NOT let Michael do your nails!

Went in on my birthday to get a gel mani removed and it was a nightmare. The gel wouldnt last longer than a week. This was my second visit and the lady who did my nails was obviously annoyed with me. She filed the gel off my nails instead of letting my nails soak in acetone. I mentioned this isnt how they took the gel off last time and asked if this was good for my nails. She laughed and said this was faster for her. I walked out of there with painful paper thin nails. Avoid this place like the plague! Theyre beyond disrespectful and dont deserve your business.

They overcharged me for my manicure/pedicure (door stated it cost less). They also did my service too quick to the point of chop shop/uneven experience and ugly nail design. They then had me leave right away with no dry time. Thought my manicure may have been dry (it wasnt) but my toes werent dry at all. Bad attitude....classic suggestions for eyebrows done in a very rude way, as well as callus remover...they also cut me and no apologies....

It was the worst service ever! I dont understand how theyre in business. I got get nails and the gel was so old it looked like cottage cheese on my nails! I had the lady mindy take off the gel and I just walked out of there with undone nails, not only that they were going to polish my nails a color I didnt ask for. They forcefully try to get you to put on colors they like. It was my worst experience ever. I wouldnt even give it one star, they deserve one star. They still charged me $20 for undone nails.

Good prices, good service. This nail place is right near my house and I go regularly. If you need a quick, cheap touch up or full pedi/ mani they are good. Nothing special and nothing lacking.

Good service. Friendly people and the facility is pretty clean. Prices were reasonable. Got a Pedicure with Callous removal since my feet needed it bad from my work and constant wearing of Boots and it cost me around $20.

I went in to get my nails done with my best friend and got manicures and pedicures. Unfortunately the first time around there was too many layers and had to come back. It was late when I came and wasnt able to have them redone (just the peeled ones fixed so I didnt have to walk around like that haha).I came in again today and the manager Helen was very nice and had Teresa redue my nails and I was really happy with her. She was very friendly and took her time paying special attention to go to the edges with the color and all the way back to the cuticle. I am very happy. Anyone can make mistakes and have bad or long days. Its always a good idea to attempt at giving people second chances instead of just writing a bad review without expressing to the staff how you are feeling.Thanks Teresa, Helen and Kim for turning an upsetting situation into a delightful one.-Val

NEVER AGAIN! I went in for a fill and pedicure. When I left, it did not even look like I got a fill. The gap was still there and the paint/color was so messed up it look as if i did it myself.OVERPRICED pedicure! They charged me $20 for a regular pedicure (no white tip, just a regular color) and I didnt even get to sit on a spa chair because i was getting my fill done at a station. Most expensive ever! Besides the ladies kept staring! IDO NOT GO HERE!!!

This place is the absolute worst. My mani pedi (Both feet and hands) were not completely dry before I went out the door and now they are ruined. The eyelash extensions gave me an eye infection. This place sucks. I hope they go out of business soon.

Went there for gel pedicure its nasty the guy that did it had a horrible attitude.The manager give me a certificate for a free pedicure but Im not goin not any more even if is free. 😞

Horrible! Got my eyebrows done there and the lady who did it ripped off some of my skin and I had a hideous red mark under my eyebrows for almost two weeks! Worst experience ever never go!

I walked in with my friend with my baby and they right away started staring and talking in there language as if they were annoyed, friend disliked her nails filer was old white tip were horrible nail they put were to big for regular nail they were disrespectful lady who did her nails might have been the owner and completely sucked never coming here ever again total waste of 25$ need improvement ASAP
