This place has the worst service. I don’t recommend any doctor office works with company or they will lose their patients.. I was in an urgent situation and needed my report immediately. It took them more than a month to get my report after my numerous phone calls and the report they got is nothing that I ask for. Whatever doctor office works with this company is not a competent office and does not care about their patients.

I wanted to get my images from my orthpedic to another orthpedic center and they are contracted with datafied. I did not get my documents until 1 months later and that was with several phone calls to push them for my documents. And the doucments I received had no images at all but all the documents that was not needed.

No good reason for me to be let go during COVID and willing to work. Datafied gave me a opportunity and I left a company where I was at for 2 1/2 years waited a full month after giving my two-week notice with previous employee during this pandemic shut down! Lack of training and honestly felt like I was doing a good job. If I wasnt doing something right I was never corrected on it. Dont mess up what you have going on for this company they put a nasty taste on your resume.

My doctors office had me sign an authorization form on February 11 to request my medical records be sent to me. Since then, I have called my doctors twice to tell them I still don’t have my own medical files and would they please call Datafied to send them. Well it’s March 7, and I still don’t have my own records. It’s just unacceptable!

The reps are nice and professional, but they cannot seem to keep track of their records. Theyve requested records for 2 different patients (and law firms) at the clinic I work at. No matter how many times we fax them they never seem to get the records (and we know our fax works correctly, everyone else is getting what we send them.) Weve even used alternative HIPPA compliant means and it still took MONTHS for them to get records for the first law firm. It would be much more efficient just to send them to the Law Firm/Attorneys directly. If youre thinking of outsourcing record requests for a legal office, dont bother with Datafied. You will be better off doing it yourself. On the receiving end you get a lot of obnoxious phone calls from them.

*HORRIBLE COMPANY*Was called by the company for a typical record release process and they had the nerve to try to BARGAIN and even tried to get the records fee waived. We ended up lowering it down to 15 dollar and they made arrangements for pick up stated they driver would have the check. When the driver showed up for the pick up, he knew he needed a check but that the office never gave him one. Once we told him we would not release the record to him without payment, he stated he would check his vehicle. Once he return, he had the complete check book to write out the checks (which is how almost all companies do this), and still the driver was trying to cut the price. Once he finally gave the check over (after taking ten minutes to write it), the check has in all caps letter Fifteen Dollars ONLY! We are keeping a very close eye with this company. Do not allow them to pick up record and not pay up front because they will not!

I requested my medical records locally, &it linked me to this company. Its a scam. I received an email w/a form to sign.RED FLAG- I HAD ALREADY ELECTRONICALLY signed the authorization. So I 1st called our local medical records I ordered from. THERE IS NO CHARGE. HOWEVER,somehow You click on the local link and spend $49- to well over $200 depending on options. I called the day after receiving their email; no answer, left vm to call me immediately. Never did. Called 2nd day, csa, saying IM NOT SIGNING THIS-said they could only refund $84 /$99 because I didnt call within 24 hrs. I did call. They didnt answer, they didnt return my call, and she left message for mgr Joe Hunt to call me back within 30 minutes and its 27 hours later & no call. I advised csa I would leave a bad review, because they are ripping people off. You can get your medical records free where we live. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY

Genuinely the worst company to work with. When I receive a request from them, I call the requesting entity to inform I do not work with Datafied.

This company will call and harass you over and over when youve already sent records. And they will NOT pay their invoices for sending them records. Absolutely horrible, I will never work with them again.
