I needed a part for a A.O Smith water heater. I called this place to see if they had one. I was placed on hold for about 4 minutes - I spoke with a young lady by the name of Patty she was very helpful, she checked to see if they had the part in stock. She then she referred me to another wholesaler as they dont sell directly to contractors or homeowner. Great job !!
