I arrived early for my appointment. There were a few people waiting in the hallway and I thought that it was going to be a long time before I got in. However,The receptionist was very nice and efficient. She said to wait until I was called. 5 minutes later, I was called in. My technician was very nice and again efficient. My scan felt like 5 minutes and he asked me to wait for approximately 20 minutes for my cd. About 10 minutes later he handed me my cd. I would recommend Wave Imaging to anyone and everyone but also remind them to make an appointment

The Receptionist and the CT Technician I delt with, were VERY good. They were quick, polite and friendly. Which seems like a lost art these days. They made a difficult time a lil easier to deal with.

My experience at Wave Imaging was very good. The wait was minimal; and the staff was friendly. This was my first MRI in an open unit, and Ill never have another one in a closed unit. It was great. Much less noise and the time passed quickly.

Very disappointed except for the x ray tec whom was a great person.first i was sent to the other address which has been closed for over a year. then when i finally got to the correct place they want a copy of my id. the veterans administration specifically say do not give this to anyone. they have all been instructed on what to do. of course i told them this but it was not good enough.anyhow that my opinion oh ya i had a 10am got there at 955 wasnt seen till 11so be it life goes on

Quick an courteous diagnostic service. Initial phone call to set up the appointment collected all the relevant demographic information. When I arrived, I filled and signed a few forms and I got called in immediately. The exam took 5 minutes and I had to wait 10 minutes for the disc so I have a copy of my images. Overall great imaging center. Very happy with the service!

The only reason I picked the three-star rating is because it took so long just to get an x-ray!!! I tried to make an appointment, but the automated service said that it was a walk-in situation! Which took a long time and I would have made an appointment!! But the service there was a five-star rating! They laughed at my quirky jokes and they made me feel comfortable while I was there! Well thats about it!!!

My experience was amazing the young gal and I am sorry I dont remember her name was the best MRI tech. She was so caring and professional. I was truly blessed to have her! Thank you so much for making my hour seem like 5 minutes. She was the BEST!

I was very happy to complete the usual paperwork ahead of time, electronically, so that when I arrived, I was immediately served. The radiologist was not only quite competent, but also empathetic. Her professionalism was greatly appreciated. I was in and out in about thirty minutes!

This was my first time using Wave Imaging in Anaheim. The customer service provided was excellent and the staff were very professional.The staff walked me through each step of the MRI process and reiterated important steps and details. From the time I walked in until the time I left I felt that the staff genuinely cared about me as a person.Neat Note: They provided an option of filling out paperwork via online platform or in the office. Having that option was very beneficial and helped speed up the process. I didn’t have to wait long as I had completed my paperwork online and had an appointment.If I should need X-rays, CT, or MRI in the future, I will not hesitate to request their services.

The technician that did the scan for me was excellent. He explained everything before he did anything. Kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. He was also very efficient at his job.

The staff was very efficient and informative. Nam was gentle putting in my IV and checked in with me multiple times to make sure I wasn’t in pain. I am grateful that I was seen right away and was treated well as I was very anxious and a bit nervous.

It was super quick or it it felt like it. Clean and very friendly staff. I would go there again..... dont really want to as that may I dont want anymore health issues but the rad tech who assisted me was awesome.

Your x-ray technician was wonderful. Office staff was busy yet properly attentive to customer service. The only down side was going to your Orange location after your x-ray tech left the office and staff was unsure of that persons return. Frustrating since your SOPs don’t allow for setting appointments for x-rays. Ended up going to your Anaheim location as a result.

I came in to get my ultrasound test, I had a good experience. Front desk medical assistants were friendly and respectful. The ultrasound tech was also very gentle the procedure. Only problem I would say is the appointment availability. I had to wait about 6 weeks for my ultrasound, so be prepared to make sure you can make it. Overall good experience. I had no long wait which was good.

I brought my 1 year old for a chest x-ray the experience I had was amazing . All the staff their was nice . Especially the gentleman who took my daughters x-ray. He was supper sweet with her & tried his best to get the best angles from my baby . As you know a 1 year does not stay still he was supper patient with her . I will definitely be returning here if I ever need an x-ray again . Also wait time for a walk in was quick I got there around 8:15 walked out by 8:50.

Everyone is this place was professional and courteous. The x-ray technician was great he was funny talkative made you feel comfortable. I would go here again if I needed another x-ray or MRI.

The staff here is BEYOND AMAZING. My ortho couldn’t make up mind, then when he he didn’t send orders over, so I had to go get them and head back. They got me pretty fast and the X-ray technician was AWESOME.

I had to wait two weeks to get an open MRI appt but it was worth the wait! I’m glad I filled in all the forms in advance on line! They got me in at 8:15 for my 8:30am appt 👍 My technician was very skilled and explained what was going to happen. She explained how long it would take, and came in at intervals to check on me, and I really appreciated that!

Walk in appointment for x-rays was smooth. It didnt take very long to get taken care of and the staff are all very friendly and safe. With good Covid restrictions in place making you feel very safe.. Great work everyone on the front lines @ waveimaging.

Just want to share that I am an employee of a Neuro group an as an employee and patient have had great experience with Wave Imaging- Anaheim I have for many many years been able to work with the staff regarding referrals,, scheduling patients, unhappy patients, turning bad to good. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in scheduling and patient needs. Communication and organization makes a Great deal of difference in running a business. X-rays, even on a walk-in basis, called quickly and done efficiently. If you need your images the on disc, they will give them to you within 5-10 maximum the day they took them. The ladies up front and technicians in the back are super friendly and hospitable, and very willing to help and answer any questions you might have. 5 stars, will recommend, and will be returning. The Lady that took me into the MRI room was very nice and professional as well, I get claustrophobic in small spaces but with her being so nice made me feel at ease.

I couldn’t wait to review. How pleasant of an office staff here. Clean place and in a convenient location 1st floor.I had to do a mri for dizziness and when I laid down sure enough in the tube: head began to spin.Betty heard me call her name -and pulled me out. Talked to me and I asked for a higher head position. Reminded me about the squeeze alarm I could use if I needed her.Sure enough smooth process and had a successful mri!After tho- dizzy again. She asked me to sit and that was smart. After I got better I drive home in good condition safely.I can’t wait to see what is happening causing my dizziness but I felt such comfort from Betty my mri tech and the kind young lady at the front desk.When u don’t feel good: good ole customer service is the blessing. Thanks u guys !

I am so incredibly grateful for this place. I have a history of addiction and have had the hardest time ever being treated with kindness by medical personnel. I have been sober for years but as soon as they see the track marks Im immediately treated awful. I have had debilitating symptoms for a year and have been trying to find out whats wrong with me. I went to a different place for my ct scan and I left crying without even getting the procedure done because they refused to try to get a vein once they saw my scars and they just humiliated me. I was so scared when I came to this place today but Im so happy I did. I was treated with compassion. The technician got my vein on the first try and everyone was so nice. I definitely recommend. I will finally be able to get treatment for whats wrong with me because these guys were able to just be kind and help me.

This is my second pregnancy and had a great experience for my anatomy scan here! Laura was my tech and she was so friendly and nice. Had a much better experience here than I had with my first baby somewhere else.

I was asked to wait for an hour for a CT scan procedure that will only take 10 minutes to finish. I was also asked to drink lots of water which is not necessary for the procedure. While the staff at the front desk were just talking and laughing while we patiently and boredomly wait. The technician was very apologetic though which made it felt better.

(English is my second language)I had my greater than 14 weeks pregnancys ultrasound here, they were so nice and friendly, I had a very good experience and I will do my all future ultrasound here.The person who did ultrasound was so nice and answered all of my questions with patience, I was relax and happy during my ultrasound. Just something to mention for pregnant ladies who have heartburn, take your heartburn medicine right before ultrasound :)

At first I was annoyed that I had to be at my appointment an hour early but the staff is so efficient, extremely nice and very professional so the time went by quickly. The facility was clean and they definitely practicing Covid protocol so staff and patients were wearing a mask which made me feel safe!

Hmm...Day 1.. Automated phone system needs updating.A) X-ray hours are unclear..Turned away at 11:00?I was offered to come back at 1.I declined.Day 2..Awesome experience..A)12:45 arrival.. Paper work smooth,Copay was an unusual amount (involved.coin).B) In and out, after that..1 hour home andback.C) The young man in charge of my X-rayHe gets 5 stars. Training people is askill set. Fantastic job.

I had the worst scheduling experience in my life dealing with this business!! It took no less than five phone calls over a week totaling over 90 minutes of being on hold. I found out it was a call center in the Phillipines. I asked for a closed MRI & I was scheduled at a closed one, which I didn’t find out until I arrived at my appointment. Fortunately I was helped by the front desk to schedule the proper location at a later date. These schedulers in the Phillipines have no understanding of what they are doing!! I had to use this business because my doctor referred me. I will never use this business ever again! What a nightmare!

I am claustrophobic and taking a CT Scan gives me anxiety.. and i am absolutely a mess..The technician taking my test was very aware and was so kind and patience and did everything to try to make me feel confortable..He was so professional and absolutely great..The front desk are always so kind and make you feel you can ask any questions

During my visit I had MRIs performed on both knees. I arrived for my appointment on time and was happy to see that COVID safety protocols were in place at the facility. My service was performed promptly and the staff and radiologist were professional and friendly.

First time here and it was such a great experience! I checked in at 8:50am, my appointment was scheduled for 9:15am and I was out the door by 9:10am. They follow COVID-19 guidelines and distanced the members seating. Additionally, they make things much easier by being proactive, they send a text to fill out the documents the day before and avoid spending more time in the office. Lastly, all staff was courteous and professional. Thank you!

Showed 1 day, after calling & being told they dont schedule appointments, xrays are done on walk in bases, & was turned away as they were at maximum capacity for the day. Showed up a day later & waited over an hour to be seen. This might be OK under normal circumstances but not with the spread of Covid. Waiting room is small, seating in hallway is narrow. Please consider setting xray appointments till this pandemic has ended. Staff was friendly & efficient once I was seen.

My daughter needed a CT scan with contrast and the male technician gave my daughter exceptional service and put her at ease in order to give her the IV in order to insert the dye. There was a female technician that assisted him in calming my daughter who was extremely nervous. They definitely went above and beyond and got the job done. 5 plus Star service! Highly recommend!!

Went in a week ago for MRI. Tried calling past two days and I press 9 for other questions, and I get hung up on evey time ! The mri tech was super nice so no complaints there.I dont know how you run a business if you jist keep hanging up on patients before you even answer. Im unsatisfied and as of rifjt now I woukd not recommend this place as their follow through is weak. If they ever decide to call me maybe Ill change my review.
