My wallet was stolen at this store right at the register and when I realized it I called to see if somehow it was turned up and I couldnt get through, then I tried to get the name of the store manager or how to contact him and they just gave me a first name and didnt try to offer any assistance. I now have an item that doesnt fit in the space I bought it for and cant exchange it without receipt and ID which I lost in their store.
Fantastic store with lots of selections and one of the few home improvement stores that is not out of everything, I have pretty much always found what I was looking for in the store! Highly recommend

I had been waiting at the Lemon Anaheim Lowes for quite a while for assistance to get some items from a tall shelf when Charles saw me and inquired if I needed assistance. He brought over a ladder and got the items for me. I thanked him for his great customer service and got his permission to post his photo. My hero! Thanks, Charles!
Employees dont know where is the item and never organize. Item is not on the right place. I asked to 4 employees for helping me and 3 of them even doesnt know where is it. I wasted my time 40min only for 1 item. And almost when i give up the last employee helped me and finally we found. This place need to teach a lot of things to there employees
Micheal in lumber was amazing! He helped me find exactly what I needed. He was knowledgeable and friendly. After having a bad experience at another location an hour earlier, he restored my faith in the store. Good customer service is hard to find. He is an asset to Loweβs. Will definitely be back to that store even though itβs a farther drive for me.
I tried to find a product, I called Home Depot, they answered the phone in 3 rings, answered my question in 5 minutes, no problem. A item they did not have, so I tried Lewes. Took a few minutes just to make the automated phone system realize that I needed to talk to a person, was put on hold. As I really needed the part, I decided to wait, put my phone on speaker and waited, and waited, and waited, after 45 minutes it went to a ring. Figured that I was at least close. After 20 minutes the system just hung up on me. So after an hour, I never got an answer, nothing, it is obvious to me that this company is more concerned with CRT then they are with just answering the phone. If this was the only time, I would give them a pass, but this is the kind of customer service I am used to at Lewes, I will never shop there again. Home Depot forever
I was there this week looking for plants that my husband wanted. I needed some information and a young lady named Rosie in the garden department Went out of her way to find some information on the succulents I was buying. She did an outstanding job and I just thought youβd want to know. My name is Fatima, I believe in appreciation and affirmation. Somebody needs to let her know she did a great job!
Bad customer service. Ive shopped here plenty of times and spent quite a lot of money here. And still everytime I go lately I get bad customer service. Other than rude workers who make remarks and workers rushing you out of the store almost at gunpoint once the clock hits 10 pm. One time me and my girlfriend where there shopping and she saw a pack of dewalt batteries and grabbed them to show me, since I have a lot of dewalt tools. Then a few minutes later some loss prevention guy comes out and starts using profanity and cuss words at me. Naturally I got angry and told him to back up. These types of situations happen to repeat customers here so I no longer shop at this ghetto store. Id recommend to stay away or go to home depot.

If you need any small or individually packaged items. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE! Trying to find ANY plumbing products like valves, fittings is impossible. Tried to find a few replacement knobs..a joke. Their employees just shove everything in the wrong spots. I usually end up at Home Depot because this place is a disorganized mess.
As in previous reviews of Lowes I like it a lot better than home depot. As far as organization and cleanliness Lowes is better. I do shop at both stores like I said but I always like going to Lowes because of organization.

They added something to my receipt that I didnt purchase and when you try to call them your on hold for over 2hours for 3 days now and they kick you off the hold after a few hours. Next time Im there the management is going to hear from me. Get your employees to wander the phone and not over charge customers. Worst Lowes ever.
Was in search of an item that had not been pulled to the floor yet. I asked for a manager and Roger was more than willing to locate the item and bring it out to the floor. I appreciate his friendly customer service. The store was busy and he still managed to assist me.
I have been here several times before, and because of the terrible service Iβve never been back. I do not know why I decided to try one more time but I did. I finally found help in the lighting section, and he said he was going to be right back. I waited for 15 minutes and he never showed.I finally found somebody else and they were looking for the lights that I needed. They escorted me to the pro gasket and said they would find them. Another 15 minutes later they found them. For 10 $55 dollar lights she said it would be $2000 and with my discount would be $1500. I informed her that 10 lights times $55 is only $550. She then said I can get $200 off if I applied for a Loweβs credit card which I did. I only got $100 off and $100 credit, Which means Iβm gonna have to spend another hundred dollars to get $100 credit. Meant to make a long story longer, never ever ever never ever ever never ever never ever ever never ever ever shop at Loweβs

I received a broken appliance yesterday. I called today and was on the phone for 25 minutes, I was forwarded 8 times. They kept saying that they will get me to a manager to help me but never did everyone was rude when I brought up my frustration. I still have a broken dishwasher and no plan for help. Please contact me! None of the representatives would provide their names, I called back 30 minutes later and still no response. This is so ridiculous Iβm going to film it and make it go viralβ¦. Awful awful awful. Donβt order online from Loweβs!

Chris M- from Appliances at the Anaheim store was so wonderful and answered my 100 questions. He helped pick the best fridge for my needs. I could also tell he had a smile under his mask! He went the extra mile calling around trying to help me get the fridge I wanted ASAP. He also helped explain the difference between a smoker and a BBQ. Very sweet and took his time to show me around.You are lucky to have such a lovely gentleman working in your store.
I encountered a gal at the return counter with a horrible attitude. Customer service is poor at this location and the employee turnover rate is off the charts.

Getting help on Fathers Day weekend was a bit challenging but once I found a floor clerk they went over and beyond to help us out; FREE assembly was offered that weekend as well but we opted to put it together ourselves which my husband was well qualified and let someone else have that luxury whom might not.
The store is good but the restrooms are disgusting i dont think they ever clean them. You shuould see the toilets.
It was ok. Went in looking for hog ring pliers and asked the associates where fencing was and they said the did not have a fencing department. They did, but it was not much of one that is for sure. But do like that the store is never over crowded and makes it pleasant to shop.

Terrible service, we got at the store about 6pm, we asked for help in pumping to take down a tub and shower wall. Over all we waited for 45 minutes before a random worker actually was helpful, we asked up to 5 different workers for help and all they did was page someone that clearly wasnt there anymore.We even asked for a supervisor before and the woman at the front just said there was not one in at 7pm how is there not a supervisor on duty with two hours left till closing? They must have left with the plumbing department worker because no one was there.We finally got help to take the items down and left at about 730. We only went in for a specific item we didnt need to shop we just got pushed aside until finally a worker was willing to help Im sure if that worker wouldnt have stopped we would have be there waiting past closing.
Had an argument with the cashier (Diana) because she refused to apply a discount on a sale item. Customer service backed her up even when I showed 2 different pictures with the discount (including manufacturer part numbers matching) I realize that it was only for a few dollars, but if she is willing to do this for a few dollars, I shudder to think how she is screwing over customers with bigger issues. I would love for Lowes to contact me about this but considering how awful their customer service was to me I wont be holding my breath.

Was looking for an item and the person helping me was not knowledgeable. I sat down and looked up the item on my phone and was surprized that their website gave me the exact location of the item and I was then able to find it! My only question is why didnt the employee do that for me?I now switched to Ace where I always get good help. Too bad cause i am in the hardware store at least 3 times a week. Ive finally had enough of the poor service at this Lowes.
Easy to find lots of parking good selection of items the shelves are a little bare but I think thats because of the current situation of covid employees are helpful overall a decent place to shop.
I usually love this Loweβs but their paint department is no bueno. Iβve been standing at the paint desk since 6:24PM and it is currently 6:51PM with not one worker in sight. I understand it is probably someoneβs lunch break but thereβs six other parties that are standing around wondering what the hell is going on. Iβm glad they have the intercom blasting βspecial assistance needed at the paint deskβ but considering itβs been the 50th time Iβve heard that, itβs really annoying now. The manager at this store really needs to look at how they can reschedule the paint departments schedule so when itβs someoneβs lunch, there can be a back up around. It is now 6:58 and someone has come, hallelujah!!!

I donβt really enjoy shopping at big box stores. Especially Home Depot. The service is always incredibly poor.However, at Loweβs today, Chris in the flooring department was fabulous. Wow! His service was impeccable. He went out of his way to assist and educate me in what he thought was best, while being professional to address others that wanted to get his attention as he was helping me. Management, he is the epitome of the type of service your store should represent. Hiring individuals like Chris will keep others coming back and maybe topple Home Depot some day as the 800 pound gorilla. All about the service people. Great job Chris.

Excellent Service and Staff. This location is well organized and well lit. I prefer Lowes over Home Depot for these reasons. pricing is also reasonable and due to its variety in products, you can get items you dont normally get at Home Depot. I wished they had a rental department, however.
Convenient location. Generally always has items in stock, seasonal items can be a hit or miss. Prices are fair. Covid-19 curbside pick-up: 98 individual items for 13 products took 10 business hours from order confirmation to order ready - roughly 25 minutes from arrival notice via lowes app for curbside delivery; no complaints at all, just an observation, and was very pleased given the 100+ temperatures and 3 employee crew who loaded into vehicle. Patience is a virtue during times assistance is requested. Overall highly recommended store and location.
The lady in the paint dept gets 5 stars for helping me when the male employees acted like I was invisible. I seem to run into hardware stores that think women are just there waiting for their husbands and not shopping.
The Anaheim store did not carry the product that was on their website. Very disapointing.

I love the customer service here at Lowes. I was feeling overwhelmed. There is alot of choices and I had alot on my mind. Eventually I asked for help and Allan really listened to my tool needs; cheap and efficient. Allan was very helpful. Even brought me a chart since my hands were full.

I have always liked Lowes Home Improvement Center much better than Home Depot. The store always seems a little cleaner and a little less crowded than Home Depot. Plus Lowes does not support a terrorist group like Home Depot does.

Went to go buy plants for my very shaded area. I spoke with one of their outside plant specialists in garden and he turned me on to which plants made the most sense to plant in this area. My Christmas present to the wife was a smash hit. Thanks Lowes for the help. Home Depot has nothing on the great customer service I got. Worst customer service. Supervisor told us she would help us and to wait, only to tell us to wait in the customer service line even longer when we waited for 10 minutes where she told us. Not only that but it Took an hour and 6 customer service reps to tell us we couldnβt use our coupon for the wrong reasons. Initially told that because the item was on sale, we couldnβt apply the coupons to the items. Next they tell us itβs actually the wrong items. We were so fed up after an hour and a half that we just said we were leaving since we were just over it at that point and told them to keep the coupons. Not only that but the manager doesnβt know how to override for a coupon for sales item? And then now tell us itβs for the wrong item and so it wonβt work. Seriously the IQ level at this place is so low it fits the name. Never going to Loweβs, honestly Home Depot is where itβs at.
My wife and I went in for a new set of blinds. No one was around at or near the Home Decor section. We asked 3 different employees if they could page someone to help us. 2 paged for assistance but no one came. One said that in a second he would page someone but I never heard anything.Then, employee Kris came walking by. I asked her if she could page someone to help us. She said that she would and that she did not know Home Decor very well but would help us as much as she could. Long story short, she was already clocked out on her lunch but still helped us until Elena(who was originally paged to assist us) was able to come.Kris was very helpful, didnt complain and helped us even though she was technically doing it for free as she had just went on her lunch break. I wanted to take a moment to thank her for being very professional. She was a big help. Give her a raise hehe thank you Kris.

Bad customer service. I ordered an small item online and went to the store to pick it up. When i got there a guy named RICARDO helped me and told me that the item is not ready for pick up and he told me to wait. After waiting for like 30 minutes he said that the item was out of stock. Since they didnt have available i cancelled the order. But i went by myself to check if the item is available. And i found the item. It was not out of stock afterall. Very poor service by RICARDO.
