Daisy took her time explaining my new phone to me and helping me set it up. She did this while efficiently helping other customers so no one felt ignored. I was in the store for quite awhile while data from my old phone was transferred to the new phone and I was impressed by her knowledge and proficiency.
Really helpful, I was having phone issues and they solved them right away . Got a great priced phone and now Im ready to go .

Knowledgeable staffer Mo helped us with attentive service, no rushing us off or delaying research to fully answer our concerns. We left with exactly the basic phone hubby wanted. No pushy upsell, I got the info I needed to prepare for my next upgrade like I was sharing with my friend. Victra Verizon remains my go-to cellular shop. Convenient location in the southern half of Anaheim Plaza close by my other shopping faves.
This location at the Anaheim plaza is just terrible. We had such a bad experience it really did make me think about switching over to a different company. And I have been with Verizon for years with no complaints! The manager is the worst. I ended up having to go to a corporate Verizon store to have them fix all their errors. It was no fun and took up so much time. Don’t go here!

I went to this Verizon store after having been rebuffed at a big corporate store. The big one was quite frustrating, gave me NO HELP at all and made me feel like an inconvenience. Roumanos took extra time to help me with my app and purchase a phone. He was kind and considerate and really listened to my questions and concerns. I was relieved to have his assistance and left there a very happy customer.
Absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend coming here for all your Verizon needs. It has been a few years since I had purchased a new phone. I walked in to get pricing on adding a line with a new phone and upgrading my current iPhone 7+ model. Juan was very thorough and he answered all my questions and concerns. He informed me of all the promos to optimize the best deal. After we decided on the plan and the phones I would want I told them I would be back in a few days. After speaking with my sister of her wonderful new gift we opted to go back the very next day. Since they didn’t have the exact phones I wanted in stock, they would have been delayed and delivered after a few business days. However, Juan, with his outstanding customer service skills, went out of his way and picked up the phones from another Verizon store! Grateful and happy with our new phones! Manager and staff were all friendly and welcoming. It’s nice to shop at a business that cares :)

Be aware, I went to another verizon to ask for the price and trade in, they have the new phone that I want but it was almost time to closed the store, so I decide to come next day. Next day I went to this Verizon in Euclid st. (I was on my way to the first one but this was on my way), so I told them I want to trade in my phone and get the new one, first they said they didnt have it, no new phones, then they said that they have the new ones, I dont know but they sound like they wanted to make more money or they are doing something illegal. Just be careful and pay attention, or just go to another store.
I walked in needing a new phone case and these guys were more than helpful. They assisted me as soon as I walked in and were all extremely nice. BUYER BEWARE! This is a 3rd party seller store called Victra (dont be fooled by their Verizon sign outside). Although they say they are an authorized seller, I spoke with an actual Verizon customer service personnel and she stated there have been problems with this company with other customers.I came to the store on Euclid at beginning of April; customer service was great at first. Abel helped sell me a Samsung Galaxy S10E and he stated there was a $250 off promotion going on for that particular phone which was supposed to match the online Verizon deal, so of course I was sold on getting it. Later that night, when I was reviewing the receipt, I realized the $250 off promotional deal (which is approximately $10 less monthly for 2 years) wasnt honored so I went back to the store the following day to verify the purchase. Abel guaranteed that it was the deal and stated it will take 2 billing periods for it to be in effect.2 months later (now June), I went to the store and spoke with Ramon (the store manager) and he said to wait another month and if it doesnt come into effect by then, come back.1 month later (now July); Ramon wasnt there, but Angel was and looked into my situation and said he will speak with Ramon and let him know and have Ramon call me back. Never got a call back. 2 days later I called the store numerous times with no answer. Finally on the 4th call, someone picks up the phone, and when I asked for Ramon, this guy said he was with a client and he will have him call me back. This kid didnt even ask for my name or number, and I had to remind him to take it down. And of course, Ramon never called me back.The following day, I went back to the store, spoke to Ramon and he said because the promotional deal hasnt appeared on the bill, he will escalate the situation to the account manager. When I mentioned to him that I was trying to reach him the day before, he said he never received the message from anyone.So I wait a couple of weeks, and still nothing has happened. It is now August. I tried to call. Someone picked up and hung up on me. Called again, and everytime I called, it would ring a couple of times and go straight to voicemail. I am clearly mad at this point and decided to go to the store. There was only one couple in the store! Clearly no reason to not answer the phone especially when you have two workers at the storefront. Ramon was there and showed me that he sent out another email to the account manager and ccd me. Ramon understood my frustration and gave me his cellphone number. He said to wait a couple of days to get a email verification. At no surprise, I never received anything.It is now September. I text Ramon for updates. He replies that the account manager has finally reviewed it and the promotional deal was for $150 off and it should reflect the account in 2 billing cycles. Why do I have to wait another 2 months when this whole situation has been ongoing since April?! Ramon replies, I was not given any confirmation letter or number. You can call Verizon customer care and verify with them. At this point I have done with what I can do to rectify this situationI am frustrated because:1. As a last resort, Victra workers dumped my problem to Verizon customer care, but as a third party seller, Verizon has nothing to do with the promotional deal that Victra offers.2. They kept postponing to help with my situation and used the excuse of wait for the next billing cycle3. I had to initiate and ask for updates. I have been waiting patiently for 5 months. I have visited the store more times than I should just to get this situation cleared, only for them to say they did all they could4. I spent so much time driving there because no one answers their store phone (or when I do get someone, they hang up or never call me back)5. Customer service is only good when selling. But when theres a problem, they will leave you hanging. They dont keep word on their deals.

On mid October, a month ago my phone never turned back on after a system update so I came here to see if there was anything they could do to help me get a phone or revive the one I already had. Abel and his partner on Friday morning did everything they could to try to save my phone. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done that phone was forever dead but I appreciate the effort and awesome service they provided me with at the end I was able to get my phone the next day. These guys were great thank you abel and your co worker sorry I forgot his name.

Ive literally never had a better experience at any phone carrier. Abel and Romo went above and beyond for my port over. The exact phone I wanted wasnt in stock so Romo found it at another store and got it and brought it back for me.. Never seen that before! While I waited, Abel went over any promotions and told me about some cool places to check out while I was visiting.The best part of the entire experience is that I didnt feel like I was being pushed into promotions I didnt need. It didnt feel like I was talking to sales reps, which is something I cant say about my previous carrier.This is a level of service Ive never experienced before. These two reset the bar for what customer service should be and Im wholly thankful.

Visited the store a couple of weeks ago to upgrade my phone. They told me there is a promotion going on with a LG premium smartphone where I can get a discount for 40% off and get another one for free. However, the phones were not in stock so they had to order two of them and told me they will make a call once they receive the phones by the following Tuesday. I waited out for a week, but didnt get a call back from them. So I called in, and they said the phones will come in next Tuesday. Okay that was fine, so I waited out for another week, but still didnt hear back from them. I made a call again and they told me the phones have arrived long ago.... and they didnt even apologize for not following up. That was a first red flag. Then, when I asked if the 40% discount and the buy one get one free promotion still applies, the same exact guy I talked to 2 weeks ago said he never mentioned about the 40% discount before and was never part of the promotion... This liar was another red flag. Will never visit this store again.

This place is awesome, they know what they are doing and they are happy to explain anything you are having trouble with . Even through verizon wont let them merge accounts they explained exactly what I needed to do and gave me the phone number to expedite the process for me .

Sorry that I spent 5 hours, yes 5 there hours on Tuesday. Today is Wed and Ive tried calling ALL day and no one answers, it seems to go to voice mail. Ive been with Verizon 18 YEARS and never experienced such a bad situation!! The price for plans kept changing and so much confusion. We got switched to three different sales associates. Some issue with my account and my daughters being together???? They reopened a new account for me and ran a credit check! Really....again Ive been with Verizon for 18 years. I just hope my discount that Ive had doesnt get messed up. Id I dont talk with them by tomorrow, Ill be changing and making some corporate calls. I felt that I really got jerked around. If I had to pay the takes on a $660 phone, how does that come to over $75???? One of the things that was not true....

Beyond disreputable. This store sold me a cell phone which stopped working after 2 months and they told me that the phone included a free tablet or free OnStar. They neglected to inform me of the 2 year service contract. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This store should refund me the phone call purchase price and reimburse me for the service contract. Stay away.

Stay away from this store, they tell you one thing and a few months later you see a huge increase on your phone bill. When I went in to the store, I had verizon tech support on the phone with me and I asked them about my problem. They stated that the worker that took my order was no longer in that store and was in Yorba Linda, that I need to find him and sort it out with him. The workers are very rude and good thing 611 heard the entire conversation. The store smelled like marijuana and they lock their doors. They had two upset customers that came in and wouldnt let them inside. I guess its common for this store.
Visited here to pick up a phone for my sister, Brian helped me. He was attentive and very helpful. I told him I was in quite a rush, he did his best to hurry the process. The store is on the rise from what I can tell from my experience. The customer service is good, their knowledge base of products and availability is great. They do try to push the “upsell” of some products, and were respectful when I declined. I don’t have any complaints about my experience, only suggestions. When someone explains they are on a tight schedule, and declines your first upsell offer, don’t follow the typical 3 strike rule, understand they appreciate your courtesy of honoring their time limits and will undoubtedly return to make future purchases because you respected their concerns and situation.Overall, Brian was great and the store gets 5 stars!I’ll be back in October to preorder mine and my husbands iPhone X’s!!!!Thanks !!
