Sonja is amazing! Gives me the best workouts I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many many gyms but this one is different. I’ve gained a lot of strength and mobility. I’d highly recommend to anyone!
It’s been so helpful in improving my strength and balanced. It’s improved my health, from lower my blood sugar, my blood pressure and help get my heart rate at a better place. And what’s even better is that it’s a fun place to go. My personal trainer Emily, is an excellent coach. Encouraging when I need it and helps me to improve, and keeps track of all my progress. I’ve really enjoyed coming here and seeing the very positive results!
These people have no idea what they are doing. They will ruin your figure, and have no clue about strength training. Dont go here!!!
I just started with Perfect Workout, not sure how it would go as I really dislike exercise. But I’m concerned about losing mobility and strength as I age, so I thought I would give it a try. Turns out it really is the Perfect Workout for me! My trainer is great about explaining everything and encouraging me as I workout. About the time I’m thinking “ I don’t want to do this anymore”, I’m done with one machine and on to the next. I love that the session moves quickly though the exercises as it makes it easier for me to keep my focus. I’m looking forward to seeing how far I can go!
Great place. Met goals along with extra strength and balance. Very responsive staff. They definitely deliver. Money well spent.
The Perfect Workout has been perfect for me! I am 67 and have osteoporosis and arthritis in my spine. I was told “don’t fall”… like I planned to! I also had an emergency/hospital overnight episode two years ago for low potassium. I’ve always been healthy and active but these things scared me and caused me to stop many of my activities. I’d read on the internet mixed message (that yoga is good and that yoga is bad for osteoporosis). I was confused and got down to basically just walking for exercise. So when I read about the Perfect Workout it caught my interest and I gave it a try. In just 3 months I feel so much stronger and my body is firming up. But the best thing about it is that I’m learning how to exercise without hurting myself and my confidence is restored. Campbell and Sonia are the best! I highly recommend this program.
I love The Perfect Workout! I’ve been going to the Anaheim location for over a year and a half. It’s so do-able and I’ve noticed a big difference in strength and definition. It’s the only workout routine I’ve been able to stick with for this long, and I don’t intend to stop. I even continued, with a few modifications, during my recent pregnancy. I only gained 21 lbs my entire pregnancy and returned to my pre-pregnancy weight quickly after delivery. I love the trainers, they’re always super motivating and fun! The time goes by quickly and before you know it, your workout is done!
The Perfect Workout is a very structured program. The trainers monitor both the time performed and weight of each lift. This allows for steady improvement that can be charted out. I appreciate how quickly my workout moves along and is completed. All the trainers have been supportive and I enjoy the different ways they try to motivate me to push myself. Gaining strength, especially in my legs has helped my golf game and I should know, Im a golf professional !!!
The trainers are very client focused and very supportive. The focus is always on safe training and personal growth. They have been a key partner in my healthy lifestyle changes.
Great place to workout safely. You have a one on one trainer with you who not only pushes you but makes sure you dont over do it or injure yourself. Appointment only and it only take 20-30 minutes. Worth the cost to stay strong and healthy.
I love this place! The trainers are all amazing and will push you as hard as you want and I WANT! This is not a hype, it really works. It works for me and it can work for you too!
The Perfect Workout is the PERFECT WORKOUT for me! Lionda, Julie and Heather are excellent trainers and very professional. In 20-30 minutes I have had a complete workout and feel energized and much stronger. It is an exercise program that I will stick with for along time!I highly recommend the Perfect Workout for everyone!
