Friendly staff, great store!3 star why you ask; this place needs better signage.My gps stopped working for some reason and it was not easy to find this place from parked car rather than moving one!P.S. Signage is marketing and tax write off, invest in one!!

The people working here have an admirable tolerance for people who are simply unpleasant to encounter. I was having “a day” and I felt like they were kinda giving me the attitude. But when I finally came out of that mood. I realized they were chill and I was stressed and rushing because I had other things on my mind. I sent a request to Google to change it. The address of this location is correct, but the location is incorrect. I put the address into Waze and was able to find the location.

I ordered something from what ended up being a scam web site well they sent a package to someone else and to a different address but FedEx sent me and PayPal notification that it was delivered to me when I called FedEx they told me they wouldnt give me the name of the person they delivered it to or the address even though it was marked as being delivered to me they wouldnt tell me how this could happen so I just asked for a email from them stating that they never delivered that package to me so I could get my money back they said they would send it to me but never did I will never use FedEx or buy from anyone that ships through them.

Courtney and julian are fantastic, their attentiveness to detail was phenomenal and their customer service is on point. Highly recommend working with these two, I only ship my items here!

Ordered a case of wine and had it delivered here since I wasnt going to be home on delivery day. The office would be easy to find if not for the insane construction going on on St College Blvd, but if this detail doesnt apply at the time youre reading this, then great. =)The young woman working the counter when I arrived was very friendly and quick. My shipment was stored properly and not crushed or dented despite my not being able to pick it up for almost two weeks.Maybe I got lucky when I visited because everything was fast and I was out of there in under three minutes.

I needed to pick up a small envelope, the overweight guy by the Name of Duane ask me what I needed, I said I need to pick up something and tell him my Name, he ask me for my I.D. I show it to him,he says he be right with me, gets on his Computer and then prints out some Label, working in slow motion,I ask if someone else can help me, he says no, but then walks over to another guy and tells him my Name to get my Envelope, now this guy ask me for my I.D. again, I told him the other guy already seen it,he says it doesnt matter. Mind you, nobody else is in the Place, just these two very unprofessional Clowns. Now it becomes a joke to them. With all the hardworking unemployed People out there looking for a Job, these two should be fired and replaced by Customer Friendly People. I already contacted my Vendor who uses this Facility to ship too and told them I will not use them anymore if he uses Fed Ex. Very bad Customer Service and unkept looking guys in there. He should stop feeding his Face and maybe then he be a happier Person.

I never knew this Fed Ex office was located here. The line was long since it was 15 minutes before closing time. But the clerk was friendly and I was happy with the service...

Horrible support and the guy name Scott is a jerk. Are these people for real? anyway, they didnt take one of my packages and all the 4 useless imbeciles just walk around saying no to everything. After opening my package for inspection they didnt even have the decency to tape it back up, horrible. I will never ever go there again...I did read the other reviews but I thought I might give them a try, big mistake. If I could do it myself I would just to avoid talking to ignorant lazy and useless personnel.I went to UPS and they were extremely supportive and fixed my package to take it in. That is customer support not like this FedEx facility.

The gentleman was nice to me and offered me a receipt, other locations are bothered when i ask for one. He was kind to my 4 year old that kept trying to go behind the counter and worked as fast as he could for us.

Went their twice and the staff was very helpful. Havent seen staff members there who people mentioned in their reviews. May be, they are not there anymore.

I was helped by Augie, he was very professional & friendly. I had to wait sometime as there were some customers.. but it was between 10-15 minutes maximum & everything was done

They tried to charge me $1 for a pouch to put the shipping info on the front of the box. They get them for free from FedEx for customers. Shameful!

Clean and has small work stations in the back.

No computers. Cant make labels of documents.

They close before their scheduled time...never will use this site again

This location can get busy sometimes and it is relatively small.
