I had a scheduled appointment with Sharon Yang at 10 am. When I arrived at the office I was greeted by Sharon and i provided her my name. She requested I take a seat and would be with me momentarily. She then took in a patient whom she later said was late to his appointment and I waited 45 minutes. I want to clarify that I understand that life happens and we all at one have been late.I was then pulled in to a room where she then informed me that she is unable to have a session unless I paid as she was unable to take my insurance as of the morning of the day before. Keep in mind I had the appointment scheduled a week in advance.I found it inconsiderate to have me wait 45 mins to tell me this when she could have called as soon as she found out this information.
Well, unfortunately Janet is more concerned about money than anything else. She kept bugging me to put my credit card on file. And when I cancelled an appointment at 9:00 am in the morning for a 5 pm appt via text, she didn’t even give me the courtesy of reminding me about her 24 hour policy. Then without even sending me a bill or notification, she charged my credit card $175.00!!! Wow!! She lost a client. Too bad. I guess the 175.00 is worth it to her. Now I understand why she doesnt post of yelp. Im sure she has done this with prior clients. Beware.
