Don’t come here to get your wisdom teeth taken out. They don’t care about your concerns about the surgery they just want the money that comes with your insurance when you commit. I verbally told the staff there that I was not comfortable with going under general anesthesia and asked if there were other options but they still pressured me to setting a surgery date so they could charge for the surgery.When I opted out of the surgery I still got a bill for the wisdom teeth removal. I had to personally file a claim for a surgery that never happened in order for it to be dismissed. I don’t know how that was even legal.I understand that they are a business that needs money but they will pressure you into getting procedures that you won’t want so they can get that Insurance check.

This experience is very infuriating. I went in the clinic early thinking that I might get looked at immediately. The front desk staff members look like they dont know what theyre doing. I waited for an 1 hour and 30 minutes just so the dental hygienist could tell me that I shouldve let the front desk know that I have braces (which they also put on me and probably have it in their records) earlier because its already too late to do anything on my teeth because the ortho is closed! This is already my rescheduled appointment and now Im going to have to reschedule for a check up. What makes it even worse is that I have to schedule for another appointment after that to get things done if I need any dental interventions!

Rude from the time I came in. The woman doing my extra put a camera in my mouth without cleaning it and when she put the camera from my mouth back on the wall she did sanitize it. Disgusting. I got a quick lazy cleaning and still had plaque on my teeth when I lef.

My dentist is amazing I have a lot of anxiety as most do when going, I told him that having someone talk to me and tell me what was going on helps and he did through the whole process. Im taking my children here I wont go anywhere else!

The woman yelled at my mom when my mom was asking a simple question. The woman refused to give her name. She also didn’t let us speak to the manager.

I called yesterday because my tooth had been bothering me since they did a filling. They said they had an appointment available for me the next day. I get there for my appointment and they say I don’t have an appointment. Just trying to blame the call center when I talked to them directly. They apologized like of that fixes the problem. Now I get an appointment till the end of March. It’s also annoying when they say sorry for the miscommunication. It’s not a miscommunication if I know what was said to me. She was rude too.

The trainees need more guidance and need to be watched closely before being left alone with a patient. The gal taking my X-rays didn’t even use a lead vest on me and also used the intraoral camera without a protective cover on it. Then one of the other girls tried to use an intraoral cam on me after she dropped it on the floor. I requested that she change the cover and she reluctantly complied. With Covid spreading like wildfire they need to be so much more careful.

Great experience with everyone there both with the dentist and Orthodontist. Highly recommend for anybody in need of dental work. Thank you Rosa for the wonderful experience. 👍

If you schedule an appointment then you better be free all day because you will be called in hours later.The front desk staff are unfriendly and slow, but the dentists are very nice people. You go here for the treatments but not at all for the customer service.If you can avoid this place. AVOID IT. Plus, I called their office and they put me on hold and then hung up on me. Only Celina is the best here.

The dentist did an amazing job with regards to the implants . However, i was prescribed ibuprofen for pain. 800 mg. Its not working. Im in pain.

I will NEVER go here again. I got braces here many years ago, but my insurance ended mid treatment, but they refused to take them off, I couldnt afford insurance but made too much to get them taken off, this resulted in grotesque plaque build up under the brackets. I finally had medical and got them taken off, them STILL LEAVING disgusting 8 year old glue on my teeth and making the visible cavities on the front of my teeth bigger to make them easier to fill for the dentist (which is absolute horse...manure, Im certain the orthodontist just thought it was funny). When I have my check up to check and see what my treatments are, the doctors barely explained anything before deciding every treatment I was going to do and had no patience to talk with me about what we were doing. After that, not only were the tooth colored fillings apparently not covered by insuranse but I needed a level 2 gum cleaning that was just so conviniently not covered by it either. Right after my insurance was cut off for unknown reasons so I didnt come back, I should also add that the nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is about $200 there.I am now as of yesterday at my new dentist and I am very happy to report that the staff is very nice, explained everything throughly, told me I only needed a level 1 gum cleaning, got the rest of the glue off my teeth that those amatures left, and even whitened my teeth all without pain despite my baby like sense of pain lol. Also their nitrous is about 100 without insurance, Im not sure if my insurance covers it, but if it does then its only 50! Ill definately be doing that for my future dental work.In conclusion, if youre looking for a dentist, look elsewhere, especially if you want an orthodontist, honestly maybe dont do ortho work in my opinion, its so painful for a child.

TLDR: buy their treatments and youll be treated nicely, refuse to buy their treatments and youll be treated badly--very unprofessional.Ive gone 2 times here and such polarizing visits. These guys only want your money.First time, I needed to get a treatment for an issue I had. I was working at the time, so I had money to buy the treatment they offered and I was treated so nicely.Next time I went, it was a little over a year later. They recommended the same treatment. I was not working anymore because I was working on my senior design project, so I didnt have enough to splurge for their recommended medicine. I was shamed, pressured to buy it, and was offered such negative service compared to the time I bought their treatment.I will not come back. Yes this is a business and the bottom line is to make money, but Ill be going to a dentistry that cares about my teeth instead of prioritizing a quick buck.

My situation required a root canal. This required a few visits. My wait time was not perfect, but Ive experienced much worse. The waiting time therefore—was reasonable. The service was exceptional. From the front desk to the in-room care, I was well looked after. Keep up the good work, Anaheim!

Had a good experience here was my first time the waiting room was not clean but when you go inside it’s beautiful... they should Remodel the waiting room chairs are not comfortable .. the staff are ok they do have you wait like 20 to 30 mins just for them to check you in.. but they we’re friendly The doctor that attended me was a guy he did a really nice job with my teeth.. it’s pretty expensive here but that’s every where now .. would come here again. Initial experience seemed positive. The staff was willing to work with me and get me seen soon because of some pain I had. The dentist was nice and pleasant. After having two root canals, one of which they didnt finish because they kept losing the mold, and several of their fillings fall out within months, I decided to find another dentist.New dentist found out that they did a root canal on a tooth that might not be savable. He said this happens because they can charge the insurance company more. He also noted that the procedure they used made it impossible to actually add a proper crown. They also nicked a near by tooth, which may cause issues later.I would like to think this was just an unfortunate incident with just me, but my wife and mother also have similar experiences with Western Dental. Not to mention the thousands of dollars they charged, which seems like overkill for such terrible work.Overall I can not recommend Western Dental.

2nd time visiting this location. Both times my son had an appointment and both times he had to wait a long time to be seen. His appointment was at 4:30pm, it is now 5:30 and he has not been seen yet. The schedule appointment is ignored, why have one in the first place? The 1st time we came to this location, my soon needed to get a root canal. They ended up extracting his tooth and Im guessing because they didnt want to go through the root canal process. Front staff is totally incompetent. I had to come back to this location because this is where my son had his tooth extracted and no new tooth has grown.Avoid this location unless you are ok with having to wait 2 hours for a check up.

The worst dental experience ever! Talked to 2 managers they said they would get back to me and never did. They redid a root canal, went back several times and did it wrong. Had to go to another dentist to get it redone again. I informed them of the mistreatment and they said they would refund me the money I payed them and nothing. BEWARE!10/27/17UPDATE: called and emailed the comment below and no response?11/15/17UPDATE: Called and spoke to several reps, they gave me their numbers and no one is picking up or returning my calls, really? Was told the name of one manager at this location and now its a new manager? I like Western Dental, they know what they are doing, the only down fall I would say is the wait, my appointment was at 12pm, I didnt get seeing until 1:15, and its not the first time, but other than that, they are making my smile complete! Thank You!

While dental care is adequate, the billing department needs serious attention. Once an error was made on their part, an apology was made verbally but system keeps reflecting problems.Professionalism needs constant monitoring and updating. This includes both medical and administrative sides. Please do your best.

Finally had my teeth cleaned and wisdom teeth pulled at 37years old. I was numb and not in pain.

I took my niece here about 1 year ago. Just a cleaning, so simple. My insurance just changed and I was thinking about coming here. The reviews are terrifying. The dentist is not my favorite place to go and I know I have some pretty extreme work to be done. ONE star (21) out of a possible 25.Wow, someone is not paying attention, or they dont care at all. Wonder how they stay in business.

I had horrible service here due to the office mishandling of my insurance paper work, I let them know in my first visit if I should postpone my dental procedure due to my company changing my healthcare insurance, but they assured me that everything will be fine and will be covered and then gave me an appointment after my old insurance ended that triggered out of pocket expenses. They never properly advised me that might be the case. And now Im on the hook for several thousand of dollar of out of pocket cost.

Having someone work on your teeth is EXTREMELY important!! This dentist has the worst staff (they are EXTREMELY unprofessional and not skilled. Please choose wisely!First off, I would like to say that the staff at this office are not trained to give the highest quality of service. They only want your money and will not work with you.My son, having insurance, had an infection in his mouth and rushed to them because he could not bear the pain any longer. After waiting in the waiting room for an hour, they refused him because he had MEDICAL! I offered to give cash down but they continued to be unprofessional.On top of this, 2 years ago, the dentist (being unskilled and a newbie) did a cavity on me. He started the cavity and after shooting my gums 6 times, he began working on my cavity. While he was drilling in my tooth, he drilled SO far that he damaged my nerve. I never ever had pain before he began working on it and after he finished working on my teeth, he did not even apologize.WORST experience for my family and I!

Where do I begin...this location is poorly operated by a JOKE of a manager horrible dental assistants and long wait times. My mom was sent home after waiting two hours and she was in really bad pain so when she came home she was crying of sadness, disappointment and frustration. Whoever that new manager is she’s heartless and useless for lack of a better word! I called asking to speak to her and I waited for 20 minutes. She didn’t take my call receptionist said she’s on a conference call. I walk in wanting to speak to her and she tells her front staff that she’s with a patient...wow get your act together western dental!!! Is the requirement to become manager in this place to be rude horrible and heartless? Dr. Lee is a GRRREAT Doc but it’s not worth coming to this location. My mom has been disrespected and I vote with my dollar so I won’t be stepping foot in this disgusting place ever. I’ll be sure to let all my friends and family know about this and come on just look at the reviews they say it all!

I GOT NOTHING DONE IN 2 HOURSI had an appointment at 9AM I was not seated in the dentists chair until 10:15! Then I got some x-rays and they sat me down again to get a cleaning, cavities, etc. I waited ANOTHER HOUR. It was 11:30 and I was sick of waiting and grabbed my stuff and walked out.Whats the point of making an appointment if you will not be worked on? This was the worst Dental office I have ever gone to and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Very bad service and ghetto.

This Western dental location has got to be the worst location I’ve ever been to every time I’m at this office or on the phone with this office whether it’s general or ortho I always have an issue these girls cannot seem to get it together yesterday I called to confirm an appointment since I was called and I spoke to somebody, she quoted me 9 AM appt. Then I receive a text message saying 11 AM so I called to figure out what was going on the girl in general then told me there was a message and my appointment needed to be rescheduled are you kidding me nobody there knows what’s going on I asked to speak to a manager she placed me on hold for 10 minutes never came back I hung up Called back and asked to speak to a manager Carla who then answered the phone give me such a hard time finally placed me on hold for another eight minutes before coming back and letting me know that her manager was on a conference call and she would call me back well of course Western dental has no customer service it is now the next day and I still have received no phone call from anybody at this location you guys have really got to get it together. This entire office needs re-training phone etiquette customer service priority currently my only positive Experience was with the back office in general. They were friendly and attentive but the front Office in general I cannot say the same and the back office in ortho also I cannot say the same.

Terrible customer service. I called a week before to make an appointment and specifically asked for them to check and make sure they took my insurance, they said yeah you are good to go. WORST DENTIST EVER ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY HERE! I would give them zero stars if i could. To start.....i had gotten braces from western dental about 5 years ago and every time i went in for an appointment it was not a pleasant experience. Even with an appointment i would be left waiting in the lobby for typically two hours before they would even put me in the chair. Also they would change my appointment times and dates without my knowledge and would charge me and complain when i missed an appointment that i didnt even make or know about. Once in the chair would be another hour or so just for them to decide who would change the rubber bands on mu braces. They were truly idiotic and immature. The whole time in the dental office all i would witness is them just standing around and talking and messing around. So in the end, 3 hours later, just for a simple braces tightening. I would leave with more charges because of an appointment i missed that they scheduled without my knowledge and also in a bad mood because the lady in the front had a bad attitude. Apparently the orthodontist upstairs is still the same. Family had told me of their horrible experiences. I ended up leaving western dental and got my braces through another company. And now i came back because my insurance sent me here and i was not happy about it. They continue to have bad service,overcharge people, just try to sell things things with an affordable monthly plan and not deliver. Recently i went back because i need a tooth pulled out and they looked at it and gave me the prices and said definitly it needs to come out. Also keep in mind im in a lot of pain, my tooth is in two pieces and continues to fall out in smaller pieces and aslo the filling from my root canal completely came out and now the filling for my root is coming out and there is definetly an infection. Which could actually go to my heart and kill me. So they gave me two options of when the specialist would be there to pull my tooth and made my appointment, which was a month from now. And i called back to see if there was anyway to move it up because the pain is getting to be too much and there is a bad infection and they tell me that my appointment is to only have my tooth looked at and the specialist would not even be in that day. THEY ALREADY LOOKED AT MY TOOTH AND SUPPOSEDLY MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE SPECIALIST..if it was a regukar appointment i wouldnt have scheduled it a whole month from then! Ive leanrned my lesson a second time and just cancleed my apointment and am going to another dentisy. These people do not know what they are doing and are truly stupid and not orginized.

..BEWARE!! BEWARE!!!, this place is a total money hungry trap. We had an emergency this weekend where my mothers crown fell out. This office was the nearest location and I failed to read the reviews...after the xrays, the dentist ( if you want to call him that) Kiwoong Lee started his course of treatment with his assistant without discussing anything with my mother or sister....he basically told his assistant to prepare my mother to have ALL of her teeth removed and see if the insurance would cover the plaques......my sister overheard and asked the dentist to explain and he was very dismissive, my sister asked him to just fix the crown and he refused, said its either all teeth or nothing.....I can only imagine if my mother had gone alone, she is 80 years old so this *&%^*&^) would have done anything he wanted........THEY ARE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE ....BEWARE.....BEWARE!!!

I took my daughter here for a check up before enrolling her into school. I needed the office to answer an oral assessment sheet for the school for enrollment. It consisted of 3 questions: does child have filings,does child have plague buildup, and what work if any did the child need. The staff did not want to answer the survey they said not until my daughter had all the work on her teeth done that needs to be. I called the school right after the visit and the school told me that the office should have signed it its just a simple survey and that this office is holding up the enrollment process and that it is not necessary that western dental deny answering the 3 simple questions and all there doing in holding up my daughter being enrolled into school another woman that cleaned my daughters teeth told me if she didnt get her filings she needed the school wouldnt accept her she said the school would see the cavities and send her home. That is totally wrong a school is not gonna deny a child an education because of dental work they may need this place only wants to make sure you keep coming in so they can make money off of u and thats exactly why they didnt want to sign the paper I took into them they wanted to be sure I give them there moneys worth before they signed anything ill never go back there or recommend anyone to go there worst experience and not worth it a complete waste of time my daughters school simply told me go to another dental office and just get an appt date and time and there perfectly fine with that this place was trying to make things harder when its a simple as getting an appt date n time to give the school and there my daughter is enrolled I hope people read this and dont go there if its to enroll a child after a checkup they wont help unless they take ur money first

Great office works with my work schedule and helps with financing

If I could give less I would. I last went here years ago but they messed up my entire mouth and left me to scared to go back to a dentist. They would do work on my teeth then after had me sign the papers saying what they did. They removed all my expensive porcelain fillings that had no issues to replace them with metal fillings. Over the past 6 years 8 of their metal fillings have fallen out one of them a couple days after they did it. They refused to do a root canal on my tooth decided to pull it instead also decided to pull the tooth opposite it so my teeth would be even. Heres the biggest thing that keeps me from going back to a dentist one of their dentists gave me one shot to numb me(I have high tolerance) and started drilling before the needle was even taken out of my mouth. She then cussed me out and told me I could hold still or get the f out cause I couldve hurt her. The mental damage is just as bad if not worse than the physical damage they did to me. Dont inflict the torture that is this place on you or any of your family. They also sent me to another western for braces leading me to believe medical will cover them. Come to find out they dont and they pushed for me to get them for about 6000$. Being young and dumb I agreed started paying 250 a month. They put the brackets on but refused to do anything else until all the dental work they wanted done was done. When medi-cal stopped covering adults they couldnt finish the work and I couldnt afford to on top of my payments for braces. They continued to refuse to do my Braces so I threatened to stop paying and they hung up on me. I called back and they hung up again. I stopped paying and continually called to get someone to remove the brackets and get my money back since they refused work. Both western dentals refused to remove the brackets they had placed for the braces which in themselves have caused damages. I was told I was sol on my money I signed a contract and that they would send it to collections.

The front desk is rude they talk and ignore patients. The wait is ridiculous and the older man that is the anesthesiologist shakes horribly.. the rooms are dusty and blood splatter on the walls .. plus they dont ever call back .

I had an appomtment at 12:30 I checked in at 11:58 and it is now 1:10 and I have still not been seen. I asked how much longer and I was told 10 to 15 minutes. I am just here for a cleaning and this wait time is ridiculous.

Very slow service.they walk around doing nothing while people are waiting for long periods of time.we got there at 10.20 for my son’s appointment and waited till 11.10 to get inside.if they can’t keep the appointment time why give people those times and then keep them waiting.when you get inside they keep you more waiting on the chair till the dentist finishes all the other 4 or 5 people waiting at the same time in the other chairs then he/she checks the patient very fast like in two minutes then runs to the other waiting patients.bad experience will be switching dental office for sure .not recommending it definitely.

I went today and the front desk girl(red hair) was rude to me, I was new so I told her that I would like to get a cleaning, she saiddeep or regular I said regular she looked at me with kind of superiority and told me that if I was a new patient they have to check which kind of cleaning I need, I said fine, she ask me about my insurance I gave it to her and she was the most rude person in the world, she said that they have to verificate my insurance( I understand but the way the she talked me was bad,) my boyfriend went outside and found another dentist for me. I felt kind of discrimination, I went go back inside an I cancel the appoiment she did not say sorry for the way that she taked to me she only said alrigth :( sorry but is the true****if you work to help others at least you should smile

This place sucks. I had a appointment a 12 and I been waiting for more then 2 hours here I hate this place

Come here if youd like to waste time! My appointment time was 9am, excruciatingly waited until 10:06 for them to verify my insurance even though I gave them all of my information when I made the appointment last week. Left at 10:15 without being seen.

Just got off the phone with them. Due to my experience at other dentist offices, I thought I would ask how much it would cost to get a tooth pulled since I have been charged as much as $400.00 from other scam artists. She said she is allowed to tell me its $85 for the x-rays and evaluation but she is not allowed to tell me how much to pull a tooth.So they MAKE you pay $85 for a 5 minute x-ray / eval, wait anoth 5 minutes for some bimbo to tell you its another X amount ($300 - $400 probably). Why make the customer pay 85 for an x-ray if they are not financially ready for a 300 - 400 + bill? As I said to the bimbo on the phone, love my Fd up country
