Terrible Communication and Customer Service!! Dealing with this company has not been a good experience. The frame I ordered came and the opening for the document was too large. I doubled checked my order, the doc size, etc... and all was ordered correctly but the opening was too large for the doc and there was gaps showing on all sides. Had the hardest time getting ahold of someone at the company to see about returning. At first they were going to charge me for new mat!!! When it was their mistake! I did get them to give me a pre paid mailing label to send the whole thing back. Its been sent and tracked and confirmed they received for over 3 weeks and I have not heard one thing from them about next steps. Have emailed at least 6 times, sent in an inquiry via website, no response. When I tried to call when first received the bad frame, I kept getting recording asking me to leave a message, took several days for response. That is why I was trying to use email this time, thought it would be better way for them to communicate. Order initial frame April 19, 2020, paid in full, its been 3 months and I have nothing to show for it and getting zero help from their end. Very Frustrating. I wouldnt buy from them. Now I would just like my money back, they can keep the frame.

I graduated from Texas State University in May 2019. After the best four years of my life, I was so proud of everything I had accomplished. About a month after commencement, I finally got the physical diploma. I knew I wanted to get it framed, but every framing option I saw I was not a fan of with the mahogany frames, etc. While that is a lot of peoples style, it is definitely not mine.So, an entire year after graduating, I discovered University Frames. After getting some money from unemployment, I thought this would be a perfect time to follow through with framing. When I was on University Frames website, I saw there was an option to customize. I played around with this feature for a bit. Fluctuating between designs and frames to see the different prices. They can get as high as $400+ to as low as $150. This white frame I got was the cheapest option. And I did not get the cheapest option because I needed it to be affordable. But rather, it was truly my favorite. I also got to add a maroon velvet matte, choose my font and symbol, and I chose to add a pre chosen picture from my university (which you could choose in color or black & white.After about 8 weeks, I finally received the frame. I was in awe to say the least. I could not be more happy with my final results. I have been waiting to post the review because I wanted to hang it and make sure I got a great picture so everyone could see the amazing work. Thank you University Frames for a job that well exceeded my expectations. I will gladly refer the company to anyone who is seeking a frame.

(a California company) online in Utah and Im glad I did. They do great work.My basic review: University Frames, Inc. communicates and works with the customer with a similar feel and friendliness of a small business, and they have the efficiency and processes of a large online company like Amazon.Ive ordered from this company two or three times because I want a consistent look to the diplomas and certificates I put in my office. Each time University Frames does a great job.I was pleased that they mailed me sample materials that they border the diplomas with. Im so glad they did because I was leaning to the leather border, but I ended up choosing the felt border after looking at and feeling all of the samples. (All materials were included as a small square sample size in an envelope they mailed me.)Also, they did send me a frame once with a small foreign paper scrap or something in the felt portion of the border frame that I didnt feel comfortable with trying to fix (Im sure I would make it look worse). It was also fitted to hang landscape, instead of portrait. A little frustrated, I called University Frames. They were very professional and courteous. They apologized and asked me to send the frame back and they fixed it right away and sent me another one that was without the object in the felt and was set to hang portrait. This was an obvious make or break situation with this company and they did the right thing which re-enforced my trust and confidence with them.I will continue to purchase diploma frames from University Frames, Inc. I bought a frame with a double window to offer to my daughter for her double-major and I must say that I have only positive comments on University Frames. Their customer service followed up my request of update within the day with tracking number, and when the frame showed up, I was impressed with 1) the quality and the care of the packaging (silk paper, bubble wrap and double carton box 2) the quality of the frame with real wood, seals . The risks of damages are thus insignificant and the frame looks really great.

1) When ordering the gift, I entered the wrong abbreviation for the street address and sent an email to see if it could be corrected. Received a very prompt reply from your representative, Kiera who immediately corrected it.2) Had not received shipping updates after 3 weeks and sent another request - also prompt and courteous reply/update noting it was in route.3) The package was received (to recipient) waited for it to be inspected and the degree inserted and then received a photo that shows just how beautiful it is. I hope to see it in person soon but until then would highly recommend and use University Frames in the future.

The way the frame was packaged was awesome! Unless the delivery truck drove over it there was little other ways it could have been damaged. The frame took about as long to get as expected. It is gorgeous and we have gone ahead and ordered 2 more.

There were lots of way to customize the frame so that it looked similar to the frame for my undergraduate diploma, yet it was easy to use. The frame is good quality at a good price. We placed an order with University Frames on February 1st 2020. We received an email order confirmation and purchase order number and paid in full for the purchase of our daughters MD frame by credit card. We have not heard from them since. We have no tracking information on the order and are unable to check on the delivery status. We have tried numerous times to contact them by email and phone, leaving our order and contact information and no one has responded to our phone calls or emails.We spent over $160 and have nothing to show for it. They do not even have the decency to contact us with an explanation. We will be filing a complaint against the company and hope to enter a fraud complaint with our credit card company and credit bureaus also.Hopefully this review can help prevent someone else from getting ripped off.

The ease of ordering! Colors true to my laptop screen. Beautifully cut mats and frame joinery (I used to be a framer). Would definitely suggest your sight for ordering diploma frames with mats!!! BEAUTIFULI would however, suggest that they be delivered with signature required. As my package was delivered in the rain with no protection for the outside cardboard. I was able to see a clear, detailed picture of my frame. The frame was really high quality craftsmanship that looked just like the picture, and included everything I needed to hang it. These are very high quality frames, and they arrived with plenty of bubble wrap to keep them safe. My documents are now proudly displayed on the wall of my office! The only thing I didnt like was that I had one double frame in which the matboard was upside down. I had ordered it with the larger window on top and the smaller window on the bottom, but it arrived the other way around. The instructions that came with the frame say not to remove the cut-out matboard while mounting the documents, but I had no choice. I was very careful about doing so, and the end result still looks good, but this was my only complaint. I would still recommend University Frames.

I recently got certified as PT and I was looking for a nice frame so I could display my certification. I found out about this company through NASM and they have a pretty good selection of frames. Frame arrived delayed 2 months due to COVID shutdown so that was definitely out of their control. It arrived well packed and looks great. The museum glass option also looked great. I expected a high gloss finish on the wood frame, however, its more of a satin finish and it does match my other frames. The strip of tape that was included for attaching the degree to the matting was impossible to separate so I used masking tape that I had. I had to deduct one star because I had asked for a gift message to be included and there was no gift card or message.
