My old account rep Brian was incredibly helpful and the rest of the dev team was responsive and a pleasure to work with.Since the buyout by EVO, things have noticeably changed, and some of their new practices we find to be both distasteful and unethical. A quick google search shows that EVO recently had a class action suit brought against them for some shady billing practices, and based on what weve seen, that is not at all surprising.After having been a customer for almost 10 years, we are currently shopping around.
