They did an excellent job work on my Motorhome RV! Rats bite my motorhome’s engine wires when I parked at public storage! Caused check engine light on, engine lost of power, AC only blow hot air... I am glad that I found Vonic. They fixed it in a week and not only saved me a lot of money (if this bring to RV dealer, I can’t imagine how much it will cost to get the engine wires replaced) and also get it done before our booked family RV trip. (Otherwise we will need to cancel the trip, which is the only spring break my kids able go for RV camping, after being stuck at home for almost a year during this pandemic.)Staffs (Rick & Justin) are very friendly and professional!! Highly recommended and best place for motorhome RV services! (They are very knowledgeable in RV, they fixed my engine wires, oil change, Air condition, Power Generator services and etc!) They do solar panels installation for RV too! Thank you!

Motor coach service grease spots left in carpet, dip stick was not correctly installed making a huge mess with oil everywhere, Jacks where left down when I was told everything was ready to go? A small thing but why not put them up really making things ready to go..... I will not be back!

This shop had my truck far longer than originally communicated to me. Never followed up and provided no details when I called the shop to obtain information. I finally got my truck back after months of waiting. Worst part is the bill was outrageous and the truck broke down within weeks. I took it to another shop and problem was fixed for a fraction of the price. This place is the worst ever.

Stellar group of folks who are very knowledgeable when it comes to the vehicles they work on. They keep our fleet running with both in-shop and mobile preventative maintenance and BITs.

This place is not for RVs. Oil and filter change took one week, and I had to make several trips with no result. The owner/manager broke the entry door lock and refuse to replace it. He said hes am not responsible for it, and made me buy the part. i had no choice but to spend $170.81 to buy new lock.Very disappointed for his dishonesty and lack of professionalism so I am thinking to take him to small claim court. Its really not only the money, but the way he handle it so he deserve to spend a day at the court, have fun, and pay.The floor staff are super nice I have to say that, and they feel bad for what I went through.

Brought my 2012 Tiffin RV in for an oil change and roadworthiness/safety inspection. I couldnt be happier with the service and professionalism of Vonic. Juan Ortiz was my service writer. Friendly, knowledgeable, and good to his word. I highly recommend Vonic to RV owners, who are looking for great service at a reasonable price -- each of which is difficult to find, let alone finding them together in one place. Took my Rv in for brake controller and 12v wiring into 7way trailer plug . Was charged 3 hours @126 an hour for what looked like a 10m job that they didn’t even do correctly. Didn’t install a circuit breakers like they said they would, and didn’t wire 12v for trailer power . Won’t ever do business with them again.

Vonic this is hands-down The best Automotive large vehicle repair service you can find, Probably the only true honest mechanics out there. Their staff And mechanics Are extremely professional, And took the time to go through our vehicle and give us an honest answer.

This shop provided awful service and charged us outrageous amounts. We took our Hino truck to this shop several times and at times had to wait over a month just to receive a diagnostic!! This was after many calls asking for an update. We paid thousands for labor and we still had problems with the truck. We had only been in business for 1 year. We came to the point where we almost lost our business, because of the money we were spending on this truck. We ended up going to a different shop that charged us a fraction of what this shop charged us in labor and actually fixed the truck! Never had an issue again!!

I had a quick fix. They got me in and out. Thank you for your help, getting me back on the road.
