Fees are too high. Exchanged 70 Pounds for $78.13. Should have been $92.78 at 1.32 dollars per pound, but I only got $78.13 a difference of $14.65 in exchange fees or 15.8%....F Them...Go to your bank for better rates. (My Personal Experience & Opinion)

Their exchange fees are exceptionally high. I was charged about 15% of what the going exchange rate was. It needed up being about $110. I highly do not recommend Travelex and encourage you to shop and call around. Many will negotiate with you.

Visited placed to exchange currency for an upcoming trip. Customer service was ok at best but not happy about hidden fees. Be aware if not a member of US Bank they will charge additional fee on top of a low ball offer for the exchange itself.
