Always use them for shipping a couple of times a year. Never had any problems with deliveries. Free replacement boxes when you ship with them.

Fast, friendly, and will go out of thier way to make sure the critical administrative part of the shipping process is done properly....and they provided free boxes as well - nice.

Affordable and reliable. Sent a box 09/14, arrived in MNL 09/23 PH time. Sent a pouch 10/14, arrived in MNL 10/22 PH time.Staff were also accommodating. Have dealt with both the guy in front and the lady to the side.

Other than the one employee THAT GUY, I really like this LBC Anaheim California. THAT GUY is the one stain at the counter. Just today when sending the airbox I ask to put more tape on the edges of the box, He just answered dont worry it will not explode. So, He will wait for it to explode ? LBC I will give 1 star only because of THAT GUY. Something happen like this before, this is the first time I write a review for LBC Anaheim. Again LBC Anaheim WE are your customer for many, many, years so please educate this Person for better customer service.

Ok, THAT GUY is very dry. You just have to get past his no-charisma personality . Hes been working there forever. The other lady with glasses and the other lady with glasses also, but younger and very slim, are nice. They are not the fastest here. Their network almost always has a problem. But, sending money and packages can get done if you have a little patience.

Have always had great service there. People are friendly and helpful.

One complaint I have is the LBC online, your App need attention, it doesnt work and your online help or customer service hmmm she maybe need training.

That very old guy at the counter is very rude when he answers ur question! i hate this LBC office near 99 Ranch coz of my bad experience wih them and because they kept shoving off to my face that I cant send my atuff coz I have to pay a lot! telling me that I need to relax! when i first inquired they didnt say that theres gonna be a 40usd extra charge, they just said it after. worst customer service ever!!!
