Compare has been a great company to work with. They ship/deliver fast and in a timely manner; for a fact, if you order today, they will hand deliver your needed products/toners tomorrow. Andy and his office staff are responsive and resolve your issues mostly over the phone. Ammar, copy machine maintenance personnel, is very friendly. He replaced the empty toner cartridges and walked me through the new features after they swapped us to a newer copy machine.

We had one of their sales members (Sergio) walk into our office without an appointment. After we are polite and let you know that we handle all printing in house and are not interested in your services, please politely leave our office!!! We do not appreciate you verbally attacking our office manager and bringing negative energy into our office.

I have a couple copiers in my Chiropractic office and they have been excellent for productivity. And I just renewed my contract and the price went down and now I have two newer copiers with even better technology. The pricing is very reasonable and when ever something is wrong they come next day to do the repairs.

CBS was very professional with setting up our office copy/printer system. Dom our advisor came by our office on time at 1pm and began uninstalling our old copy printer and cleaned the area up and installed the new system. Joe just dropped by for a preventative maintenance check and we are good to go. Our Copystar 5501 copier has been solid since we got it 2 and half years ago. Compare Business Systems service has been great. Always helpful. We are in the mortgage business and print, fax, scan and copy tons of documents each month. The machine has been great. Jams are extremely rare. Toner last 6 months usually and they are great about getting us more when we need it within 24 hours.I would definitely recommend their service, especially for offices that do large volumes of paperwork.

We were having a problem with our system after changing an email password. Kyocera directly could not assist with solving this problem, our own companies email services and web services could not solve the problem either. I reached out to compare and was helped by Shanney who quickly set up an appointment for us at 9AM the very next day. Not even 5 minutes later she called back and said she could have a service tech to the office within 10 minutes. Dominic was our service tech and in less than 5 minutes was able to find and solve the problem for very easily. If I would have called Compare first I probably could have had this problem sorted out and handled in less than an hour. They will for sure be my very first call next time. Thank you Brandon & Andy for being so helpful and patient with us. I had two other competitors visit our office & said they could lower the monthly costs & could buyout our lease. I called Compare for our Lease Agreement, and Brandon came by the next day. He read and outlined what our lease included etc. (my only issue with lease was the costs). Little did I know that these other companies were trying to sell us cheaper/smaller and older machines for that Great Price I thought I was getting.
