Angelina Ramirez and her team at Consolidated Analytics are amazing! Above and beyond customer service with immediate attention to any questions that arise. They consistently deliver on their promise. Highly recommend this group- this is a true partnership. A+++ Team!
I have been working with Consolidated Analytics for over two years and they are a top quality AMC. There communication goes above and beyond and any questions I have are answered quickly! In this business communication is key and being informed the entire way makes it a more efficient process and allows for smoother transactions! What more can you ask for :)
Not sure that I have the words to express how much of a pleasure it is to work with the entire team at Consolidated Analytics. In this crazy market we often find ourselves in need of some insane rushes and unique situations that require extra care and I can always count on the team at Consolidated to fulfill. They are fast, responsive and get the job done!
I complete bpo/property inspections for Consolidated Analytics and they bounced a $30.00 payment to me. Several attempts made to resolve this problem, but they dont even respond to emails or messages left. Beware if you do work for CA!
My appraisal report was delivered a week late and was of very poor quality. I will admit the assignment was somewhat challenging, however, the appraiser was grossly inept.Yan Gao did not perform an adequate search for comparable sales and all of the adjustments within the report were arbitrary. There was little indication that any appropriate valuation methodology was employed in the creation of the report.Despite being a week late, the report itself was completed in haste with little attention to detail. The Chief Appraiser at Consolidated, Hansel Dobbs, acknowledged that the report was of poor quality and that the adjustments were unsubstantiated, however, he assured me that the valuation was proper.Hansel said he had accessed some data in the market area that appeared to corroborate the valuation, but later acknowledged that he didnt have MLS access - which is the primary data source for all appraisals.I should also mention that Hansel Is located in Texas and the subject property is in Northern California. How Hansel had the audacity to simultaneously tell me the valuation was proper while conceding the quality of the report was poor and that he didnt have access to MLS data in a market with which he has no familiarity was unacceptable.Hansel denied my request to engage a new appraiser and challenged me to take up my complaint with the Appraisal Licensing Board in California, as he knows that any request for oversight goes into the black hole of beaurocracy.I suggest steering clear of this AMC, as they over-promise, under-deliver and dont have the integrity to correct their own glaring mistakes.
Best AMC that I have worked with, hands down.
This is the worst company to deal with! Once they get some of your money, getting it back is a joke!
Had to pay premium for my appraisal. Appraisal was scheduled with Nadia Bruce, who was a now show to her appointment. When I called her she said the appraisal was cancelled that she couldnt reach me. I told her she never called me to cancrl. She just hung up on me.
We have completed many successful closings. All experiences have been thorough and professional. Everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. All our questions were answered completely quickly and personally. I’d recommend their services to anyone needing title clearing closing or mortgage servicing needs.
We have performed an Eviction for them and they didnt pay us stating the property has been sold. We have contacted Frank E. Brewer and Erin Brady for the payment and they simply refused. Stay away from them if you love your money.
Consolidated Analytics joined our panel of approved appraisal management companies in June 2018 and within months rose to the top of the class. Their staff is responsive and the quality of their valuation reports meets our critical standards. When the occasional issue does arise - as they do in any appraisal environment - CA staff and management are there to resolve the issue, not simply sweep it under the rug. Thank you Consolidated for your diligence and commitment to quality!
Consolidated Analytics is by far the best AMC in the market place today. Angelina Ramirez and her team are always readily available to answer questions and assist if an issue should arise. I highly recommend using them for all your appraisal needs. I would give a ten out of ten stars if I could! Cant say enough good things about them.Chris SeinturierRegional Operations ManagerParamount Residential Mortgage Group Inc
The fellow that appraised my home was very thorough and took a lot of time to measure inside and out, and did due diligence. I was impressed with the amount of time (at least 45 minutes) he spent doing his job in a very professional manner . Of course, apparently with this company, they use numerous appraisers depending on the geographical location of your home etc. I can only speak about my own personal experience with this particular appraiser.
The Team at Consolidated Analytics always goes above and beyond for us! I cant overstate the improtance of working with a team that is so professional and that really care about every transaction and all of the people involved. It is trully a pleasure working with this firm and we look forward to our next transaction with them.
Condescending attitude from the supervisor of BPOs when discussing as an agent on how to proceed with a report. This was the first time I spoke to somebody from this company who understood English properly. Bad business attitude
Appraiser was very pushy wanted to get the appraisal quick and get paid. The appraisal came in 105,000 dollars below a house next door that sold in 2 months for 680,000$ . The appraisal was very low and I didnt get the refinance. Payment is currently under dispute. I would never use this company again ever again. They dont even deserve a one star.
Had a previous appraisal a month earlier with another company, but decided to go with a refinance elsewhere, and hence, another appraisal was required. They sent this company out and his appraisal came in $50k below the previous appraisal and below market value!!!!! Screwed me! Use this company only if you want your appraisal low-balled.
Great company to work with. Friendly people.
Consolidated did my appraisal and they were very accommodating with any questions or concerns we had. The appraiser was polite and professional we will be using Consolidated for any future appraisal needs.
Consolidated Analytics has extremely poor customer service and their administrative and logistics system and inefficient. Their associates do not communicate and their 3rd party contractor do not follow up, nor are they timely. This is the worst company Ive ever encountered. The only reason I assigned them one star is because there is not a lesser option.
The appraiser didnt really do his job. He showed up and was polite enough but only spent 5 minutes in the home. He didnt include our upgrades, didnt even look in the attic, then picked lots which were not even remotely the same size when doing his comparisons. This guy was so quick with everything and so shoddy, I looked into what it takes to become an appraiser. I figured if I could get 425 dollars for 30 minutes of work, I was in the wrong business. Im stunned that he has been doing it for so long considering to be licensed you have to have a LOT of hours into this profession. If you find out you have to work with these clowns, just drop whatever deal youre on and move on. Unless you like giving people over 400 dollars for less work than it takes to wash your hands.
Worst Appraisal company ever, do not use them.
I used this company in Philadelphia. My appraisal was 100k off market and the appraiser refused to amend or reconsider. He was unprofessional, Canceled without calling and seems to be able to do whatever without company guidance. I will never use them again.
Appraiser was late. Had to call to find out what time to expect him. The appraisal had some inaccuracies and the appraiser didnt consider upgrades.
